ZOMG!!! If you guys haven't heard of this, then you seriously need to check it out!!!
D.Gray-Man is an awesome series by Katsura Hoshino and is hosted by Shonen JUMP Advanced. It has 10 volumes of manga out in the USA so far. There is also an anime, but it has not come to the US yet, unfortunately. The Japanese versions of the anime (with subtitles) should be available for watching on Youtube.
I won't give away any spoilers or secrets here, you guys have to go check it out for yourself!!!
DGM is also hosted in Weekly Shonen Jump in Japan, and has been since 2004.
