Well, the title says it all. Here's where you post your thoughts and such. Make sure to check every once in a while for polls I might put up here.

Thanks for inviting me!
I still say there should be a fanfiction section- or at least a place where members can put links to their fanfiction.net pages. ^^
Other than that, no other thing come to mind.

I'll be happy to make some banners for my guild, no charge, just as I do over at the DWG, Sepik. This isn't as cut--&-dried to concoct as a DW banner, though. Is there any particular mood, or style, or colors you prefer? Or shall I just run amok with sheer randomness as usual til I get something I like? biggrin

If you want, maybe I could come up with a coat-of-arms or trademark-ish thing for the guild. You know, something that we could put on really important posts to show that they're offical or something. Just a thought! ^_^
Oh, and everyone, please - call me Aurah. It's what I'm used to in the real world, too, so... Yeah. Have fun and post, post, post! ^_^

I post this in the Brainstorming sub-forum but I don't think anyone saw it. So, I decided to place it here too.
I just wanted to put this idea out comments. I love playing word games. Two that I (or, that is, my mule) play regularly on ChatterBox are 6-word acronym at www.gaiaonline.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3666674 and my friend Creek..Feet's "Rhyming Couplet for the AAY" at www.gaiaonline.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=13178569 . Any thoughts?

Do you want me to "bring" these games over here then, Sepik? I'll be more than happy to do so. smile

I'd like to make a suggestion...
Some time ago, I was looking for a beta-reader on several places. I found several listings, pretty extensive ones too, but every time I contacted someone, something happened. Either they never replied, or said something along the lines of "sure, I'll do it" but then disappeared without a trace, or had no idea of what a beta is supposed to do. Eventually, I quit.
My point? It's damn hard to find a beta, let alone a trusty one. So, and since this is a literary guild, why not have a (sticky?) thread where the members could post, in case they are willing to beta or, vice-versa, need one? Yes, there are few members at the moment, but maybe that could work to our advantage?
Just a thought... sweatdrop

mine is more of a question than a suggestion. i cant draw to save my life (next semester, drawing 101) anyway, while i cant draw i do some pretty interesting photography and photoshop work. the photoshop stuff would go under the CG section, but where should i post the normal photography, if it is even welcome here?
