.: Personally, I like Demyx the best. He's incredibly adorable [xD], and he knows how to attack. And he likes music [I obsess with music, if I listen to it or play it on an instrument : O]. His attacks are vicious, too. But, he's still adorable >w< :.

I'd say Saïx. I like Xigbar too, but Saïx more.
He's got blue hair, a blue sword, and his attacks are blue. He goes berserk and he's fast.
What's there not to like?

I love them all equally. But, as we all know, some are more equal than others.
Xemnas, dear. He always has seemed like the spacey-dreamer. An idealist who is able to lead people with his words, but can't do much else. I see him as being totally oblivious as to the relationships/plotting that the other members do. He's too far lost in his metaphysical lala land to notice.
Xigbar, Xiggy. Who could not love him? HE DEFYS GRAVITY! And wears an eye-patch. And says 'dude.' That instantly makes him cool. Also, I see him as a total worthless second in command. He'd be too busy doing his own thing, rather than help out the Organization.
Xaldin, oh yes. This is where the authority comes in with the Organization. Since the first and second in command aren't much for controlling an Organization or tossing their higher ranked weight about, it's up to Xaldin. I believe that he was the one that would have pressed to expand the Organization from their Original Six.
Saix, puppy. The watch dog of the Organization. The one who is sent here and there to run errands. But his words carry weight. And I believe the rest of the Organization respect him, not only for his power, but for his wisdom. Though, they also lead him blindly along on the leash of Hope. The Hope that someday he will get his heart back. Without that hope, I don't think he would have stayed with the Organization very long.
Axel, but only the CoM. He changed way too much in Kingdom Hearts II. He completely lost his 'badass' self.
Demyxikins. He's adorable. He's cute. He's like a little lost kitten. And everyone takes advantage of that. Or so they think. There seems to be so much more than just the whole 'dorky-ditzy' act going on. Who can forget his "Silence, Tratior" moment? That revealed so much into his personality. And just like Saix, he's strung about with Hope. But it seems he's begun to understand this, before Sora kills him.
Luxord, wow. One of the most amazing characters I have ever seen. First off, he's a Brit. Second off, he's got a goatee. Third off, he fricken turns Sora into a card and die. How amazing is that? And yet, why is he with the Organization? There's so much hidden about him. What is he after? He seems perfectly content without his heart, and yet, he's fighting to gain it back? Where do his loyalties lie? There are just too many unanswered questions about dear Luxord.
And, Roxas... He quit the Organization. And he's the only one of them all who ends up with a happy ending. Betrayal, then happy ending! How unfair is that?
Umm, well. Those are mostly my characterizations/metryingtofigurethemout-isms. It's a bit long. But it's always good to understand the characters that make up a story. Whooo.

Actually, one of my favorites is Saix. he's actually really cool, but not a lot of people give him a lot of credit. his attacks are awesome, and he's one of the only ones who you can see interacting with other Organization members. Granted, it's only Xemnas, but it's the only time you see two Org. members talking together.
Demyx is awesome, too, because, you know, he's adorable and cute and he says 'Dance, water, dance!" in that voice that just makes me want to go, *Squee!* which it did. heh heh heh....

+++ [Lovely], your post made me think a bit further about Luxord. He's like one of those enigmatic characters, and I'd have to say that he's among the strongest in the Organization. Turning people to cards and die, being able to control time and not win/lose until time runs out for the other person/him, and he summoned up that big Heartless [I can't remember if it was a Heartless or a Nobody, but I'm pretty sure it was a Hearless.] in Port Royal. Not one of the hardest battles, but still enjoyable. And when you get into the World That Never Was, Luxord's battle was pretty challenging. I lost about twice before finally beating him. So, yeah. Just my ramblings. +++

Axel was cool in Chain of Memories, but he went soft on me. Evil Axel was better, in my opinion.
Demyx was just hilarious, with his cluelessness. Don't forget his cue cards. XD
Roxas was cool as well, and wasn't exactly like the others. But then again, that whole situation was definitely not like the other Organization members.
The others, I just didn't like that much...

Ah, my favorite Organization Member in KHII was Saïx because I have a thing for the intellectual types, the 'deep' and mysterious types, the ones with a deeper purpose than merely to gain power. All he wanted was a heart, and after he was defeated, he asked where his was...
I thought that was not only terribly sad, but it made me think; "Hey, Saïx really did want more than to just follow orders and attempt to beat the living hell out of 'Roxas' (Sora). He wanted affection, in a way."
That's why I liked him. Elegant also, like the moon.
