I know there's a "post quota" now, but I'm confused. In the letter, it says another 5 posts per month. On the guild front page, it says 10 posts per month. Which one is correct? And does it start this month, or in January?

It start in January, the one posted on the home page is wart people off who aren't willing to commit. The actually quota at least 5 post.
