Everyone's favorite movie about appliances! Whoo! My favorite scene is the song "It's Like a B-Movie", in the parts shop. That lamp based on Peter Lorre is to die for!

Wow, see, I didn't know this movie was even remotely Disney related until they came out with one of those Disney pins with "City of Light" on it.
I just couldn't watch this movie as a kid. Too stressful. I was truly concerned for the welfare of the toaster in a way that definitely was not healthy...

Oh man! I have such weird feelings associated with that movie. I haven't seen it in years. The whole thing was just kind of sad and creepy... at least in my ten-year-old mind. sweatdrop

I liked that movie except for when they are at the dump. That scared me. I didn't like the sequals though.

ya the sequels never seem to be as good, well not very often anyway. I loved this movie though! I watched it tons of times as a kid. I wouldn't mind watching it again sometime.

Didn't know it was a Disney movie, actually. I've watched it a couple of times and thought it was pretty nice, although I was a bit like Kitoku-san, I was so very worried about the toaster. biggrin Funny actually, but it's a pretty cute movie I think.

I don't remember barely anything about the plot, but I loved that movie, although it was sad, at least back then

I love blankie. He is SO cute blaugh the sequels though got a bit boring after a while. I hate that vaccum (sp) cleaner though. He totally creeped me out for some odd reason, and I never liked him since then

Ha ha! I love the responses to this! It really is a you-love-it-or-you're-terrified-of-it movie. It really is very different from most other Disney movies that way. This one has some honestly sinister aspects. Hee hee.

I wasn't as concerned for the toaster as I was for all those cars. And they all turned into little blocks. That bothered me a lot.
