ok,this rp centers around the life of a new characters named Chip Matthews,Chip is addicts to many things(mainly pot),& finally after years of being away Chip has returned to South Park,which comes as much of a surprise to Chef,who seems a little upset that his college roommate has returned to South Park,& it seems that the deeper Stan & the others dig into the matter the weirder things seem to get.the main question on their minds is,why has this man's pressence gotten Chef so depressed & out-raged.
