This is for all members of the guild to suggest any possible changes and suggestions for the guild. I.e., if you think we should have one kind of subforum, or if one issued should be addressed by the Crew Members.

Campaining is a good idea. I don't like the idea of getting that banner thing, though. It's bound to attract a lot of people to the guild, but the majority of the people will most likely not fit the standards of the guild, and it will also put the crew through the trouble of sorting through a bunch of n00bs as well.

With that said, I don't have many alternate ideas, other than word of mouth and banners. Perhaps everyone sends a pm to their friends list inviting people to join the guild?

I'd donate for that. Maybe we could have a Science Subforum, or maybe even Technology? And I agree, a Music one would be nice aswell.

And I also agree with Victoria, a General Chat (or something along the lines) would be nice.

I'm a bit shocked at the steep decline in guild activity, the latest post i've seen in this thread was from 07! I troubles me to think that a guild based on high intelect would have such low traffic of ideas. In order to curb or jumpstart activity i think we should have a weekly open-ended socratic seminar type disscussion (not a debate) in which different ideas should be analyzed and thought upon. The topics should be fairly open-ended questions, alowing people to think, and not be put in "vs" format or be too controversial. we should open and close posting at a certain time in order to keep the ideas and forum organised, almost like a monthly collectable. The deadlines of activity would also act as a type of release for people who get too pasionate about a certain topic and do turn it into a debat, which again is not the goal of a discussion. I must admit that i see a number of difficulties in starting up a weekly thread but its just something to think about.
