Has anyone ever played the game 20 Q? It's a little hand-held ball that asks you twenty questions about an item, animal, mineral, or unknown object. It asks you 20 random questions to try and guess, and (from my experience) it generally gets it right. Very. Frusterating. So, has anyone else played this annoying yet addicting game?
Discuss:

We just got that for my Mom as a stocking stuffer! I was in the store with my sister and her fiance, and we picked it up. We thought it was silly and that it would never guess our items. Well, it guessed toothbrush, blender, and toliet paper correctly!

I would pick some really random things to see if it would get it.
Like Nathaniel Hawthorne or Cher.

@Polaroid - Yeah, but the sucky thing is, it only guesses about items.. which is no fun >>

It asks you yes or no questions about a TV Show or Movie and eventually tries to get it right. If it doesn't, you add a question that would be right. (Only irritating thing is that sometimes you end up with stupid questions written by illiterate stupid people :[ i.e. "wuz ther a cat init??")
But still fun. :]

i love the 20 q game my cousin got it for christmas so i had a go however it does guess them right very often does it and that dissapointed me a bit i wanted to be beaten by a machine

I think the computer cheats mad It's so frustrating when you guess something you KNOW it's not going to get, but it gets it at the very end. Oh well...It's fun anyways.

As long as you allow for broader answers, (person instead of girl, etc) There is scary accuracy with that game!
What I (dont) like about it... (makes me feel inferior) is that it seems to have the answer already and just asks you a question to throw you off... make you think its going in wrong direction, then BAM! YOU LOSE

I find the game to be quite amusing. My cousins and I enjoy playing it without the computer and just amongst ourselves. It gives us a chance to see what each other is thinking and sometimes we tend to go just a LITTLE over 20 questions but that's ok.

I totally agree... One time, a friend of mine was playing it and he was trying to see if it would guess a, well, more inappropriate object.. and it did. We couldn't stop laughing, it was awesome..

My sisters and I tried several different methods so that it wouldn't get it. We thought it could hear us say the word, so we never said the word alloud. Didn't work.
