I'm going to start planning for my new PC soon. Gunna figure out whats parts to buy etc etc and give the old man a 'proposal'. Wish I knew something a computer hardware.
And ********, the wind just blew something off next-doors roof. Suckers.

San-Andreas, as far as I saw...was out last week.
For those who didn't know, HL2 went gold
and Half-Life 2: Mod Makers Prima Strategy Guide is out
and

I watch very little television but I still get pounded with them whenever I turn the damn thing on. In other news: The French are awesome. 3nodding

I've tried to abstain from games during the exams but abstain is such a dirty term so I couldn't go through with it.
Galleon (Xbox) :
Played this game for a day or two last week, I wasn't expecting much considering one of the marketing ploys was "by the creators of Tomb Raider" but after a lack of sleep and sore eyes I found myself slightly attracted to this game (in a non-sexual kind of way).
You're a pirate who has been invited to determine some mystical artifacts that an old bloke found floating around (one of them is a boat), you can't trust the hired help and your happy mystical journey turns to the shithouse meaning that you are now a pirate who is on the road to revenge (in Tamriel)
The graphics aren't s**t hot (although VERY stylish), the controls are shafty and have a twisted learning curve (3rd person controls pffft), the music is quite calming and beautiful (ye olde piratey tunes) and the gameplay is a massive leap from the "tomb raider?? those poor misguided wankers" thought I got upon looking at the box.
I'll give this game a 5 of 8

Okay time for my "GAMES I'VE PLAYED RECENTLY POST."
Tony Hawk's Underground 2.
Okie doke. What can I say about the Tony Hawk games that everyone doesnt allready know. Basically each time they release another one u get a new set of moves to do and basically...it's losing its appeal.
THUG 1 was ******** great! biggrin A TOTAL change from the previous games chuckin u in the shoes of an 'Unknown' skater rising up in the world.
THUG 2 keeps this basic premesis of the created character but now ur a 'newbie skater' picked up by Tony Hawk and Bam Margera to perform in THE WORLD DESTRUCTION TOUR!!! Sure. Sounds kool. But the tour is just a list of stoopid tasks to perform which causes general 'destruction' and also the use of dumbass 'secret' charaters (Like a kid in a full body cast riding his wheelchair and an aboriginal on a go-kart.) Really just lamed this game up 4 me.
I hired. I beat it. (Cause I SERIOUSLY had nuthin betta to do.)
And I was dissapointed.
My verdict? Hire THUG 1 instead if u havn't played either. If you've played THUG 1, don't hire THUG 2. DONT BUY EITHER!!! Total waste of munny cause u'll beat em in a day or two.
My rating: 2 domos of 5.

oh yeah
thps 3 on the gcn....i hate the lamecube wirh a passion, but its all i hav untill i buy an xbox in the next few months
.....thats it, i rarely have time for games anymore due to my course finishing up and having a hefty ammount of work.
ps. animating with a tablet is a ******** harder than i first thought
