Yes there will be promotions under very strict ruling, and fair consideration. For examples, Most Honest, Reasonable, Responcible, Good Romodels, ect, ect.
And alot of the Ruling will be on the people who is on here and is more active than the others, so i wont have Mods that i cant rely on. So anymore questions?

Hey. This is a question I've always wanted an answer to
Is summonig a fair power? I mean just how much can you summon and how powerful till it's considered god moddin? And then do people have a set amount of energy that they should use before passing out or something, reserved for casting magika or psycic powers?
Maybye I shoulda said 'questions'...
