Is Hoshino Katsura male or female?
Her art style says female but the lack of blatant lovey-doveyness of it makes me think a bit...
... not that we're all lovey-dovey and s**t... just that we generally are...
... but then Miranda was based on HK so...
But does it really matter anyway? D.Gray-man's great no matter what HK's gender is.

According to Wikipedia, Hoshino Katsura is a girl, but they're not sure either. ^_^ Link

I've assumed that Hoshino is female, and I've also heard a lot of other sources saying that she's female.

Ack! Confusion... I thought I just saw from the manga that Hoshino-san is really male.
And someone else said that they knew the same since vol.4 or something. DX

at 1st i thought the author was male until all my friends whacked me on the head and said the the authors a girl >< so i really dont know know >> the vol. 5 interviews were sayign 'he' so now I'm lost
