So. Do you prefer long running anime series like Inuyasha and FMA or shorter anime series like D.N.Angel?

I like the long because theres more depth to the story and you fall in love with the characters however short is sometimes better because I hate having to wait for the next part fo the series to be released so I can watch more....(yes I am an addict)

It depends, Inuyasha has gone on to long, repeating the same basic idea way to much, but Cowboy Bebop was way to short, I felt it was somewhat rushed. Then You have series like Ranma 1/2 which still has gotten old to me, and Outlaw star which I am glad it was kept so short, cause it is so awesome.

It depends for me too, sometimes short running series are really amazing and some long running series are amazing too...but like happy_gaye said with Inuyasha they repeat the same idea way to many times. I guess it just depends on the anime...

happy_gaye hahaha, oh one great short running series, or at least interesting one woudl have to be wolf's rain I love that series, though I didn't like the books at all >< They didn't do the show justice at all...

I know heaps of people say that Inuyasha has run too long and i cant really judge cuz i have only seen 126 eps but i love it because its so long smile But i hate waiting for the next boxed set to come out. I waited like a yr for the 3rd set of the tv perfect collection of Inuyasha to come and it was only 27 eps and the other sets were upwards of 50 episodes. So yes, thats a disadvatage.

long cause there is more depth and time to relate to charatcers, long intersting back storyie is ggood
but not ove kill like dragonball series DBZ and DBGT suck

I agree with those who said it depends on the series.If it gets a certain length than things get repetitive and boring.If its too short than sometimes you wish it can go on longer 3nodding

hmm well idk...i mean great series like Escaflowne and Witch Hunter Robin only run 26 episodes, but then again the long series like FMA has a great plot too...i say it doesn't matter as long as i like the anime XD
