Background
Kai was born in the village hidden in the wind and was born in the Krugan clan. His mom dad and brothers all became medics and were dissappointed when he became a ninja so they taught him how to use medical needles these are similar to senbom. another village attacked though and one of his brothers died. he got depressed and left his village and trained again in konoha (Leaf village) along side the Hyuuga clan and basically restarted his life.

Jutsu
Advanced bloodline: Black eye
Kai's advanced bloodline trait is basically the Byakugan except for the fact that its much sharper can see 3 seconds into the future, can see underground and has no blind spots But has an extreme fallback when the user isnt using the black eye they cant see anything so basically their blind but powerful members can see hair thin chakara lines when not using their advanced bloodline.
Divination Field, 64 Strikes
Also Known as sad Hakke Rokujuu Yonshou):Using a highly advanced form of Byakugan, the user is able to see the chakra holes on a person's body. And by using Hyuuga’s Taijutsu Style, he then closes all main chakra holes with quick blows, stopping the flow of chakra through one's body.
Divination Field, 128 Palms:Same as above just 64 more palms
In conjunction kai uses his self sacrifice senbom rain jutsu which shoots hunderds of senbom into kais arms.
to finish the self sacrifice jutsu he uses the loading senbom jutsu which shoots senbom to his fingertips so when he uses the divinatation feild 64 or 128 strikes jutsu there are senboms in a grid lining out the opponents chakara feild
Homing senbom jutsu- this jutsu uses previously placed senbom to home in on opponents so if your hit in the eye your gonna ******** be blind and in some ******** pain
Heavenly Spin
Also Known as sad Hakke Shou Kaiten):Another 'absolute defense'. At the exact moment when a blow is landed on the body, large amounts of chakra are expelled from the chakra holes around the body. With that force, the user’s body spins like a top. The combined efforts of the released chakra and the spin, first deflect the attack, then throw the opponent backwards.
In conjunction with this jutsu kai opens an senbom unbrella and spins out senbom harming the opponent
Hyuuga Style Taijutsu (Gentle Fist)
Also known as Jyuuken:Hyuuga’s special jyuken-type hand-to-hand combat style, passed down from generation to generation. It causes damage by releasing chakra from the chakra hole in your hand, directly damaging the opponents Inner Coils System. It’s used in combination with the Byakugan since the inner coils system’s tenkutsus can’t be seen without some kind of special eyes. Even the most subtle blow can prove to be devastating.
