This is ArwenRivendell. Dory1 is so kindly allowing me to post on here, so you can thank her for the creation of this guild. And for the LOTR fans...sorry, this isn't a fan base guild. The full title would be more like "Fellowship of the Sword of the Spirit" (but that's rather long... and sounds wierd)

This place is designed to give everyone a chance to learn, heal, join in fellowship, and grow. Some of the topic may be rather uncomfortable, or hotly debated, and that's ok, our goal is that everyone keeps a mutual level or respect for one another.
My personal goal is to come on here about once a week and answer any questions I can, or refer you to people who can answer your questions. Please be gracious with me, I have a full college/work schedule, and if it were my choice I would just hang out on here and talk to everyone, but my time is very limited.
Most likely I will have refered you to a specific forum in here which discusses something we were talking about. Like I said, it's not that I don't want to talk to you personally, however, many people ask similar questions, and as a student, my time is very limited.
For those of you who have come on here looking for a fight, I will not disgrace you in any way in the forums, or in private, however if you want to send me a PM to cuss me out, or something along those lines, I am expecting flames for what I am willing to share here.
This is a place where we can join in fellowship and share our pains and our trials so we can work together to come to a place of healing and friendship. (wow that sounds serious... ok lets make sure we have some fun as well eh?)

I think it's fairly clear from my first post kinda what this forum is about, and how it works, but we should probably lay down some ground rules eh? (and make them entertaining so they will actually be remembered.)

~Meaning~ If you feel like stressed and scream and evil and you wanna make someone burning_eyes ... deal with them in a PM, this respects them and us and shows that you are mature enough to deal with problems in private.
If there is a problem and you feel insulted from a person and you feel you should get others involved, Please! keep it outside of the guild, if you want to, you can ask one of us to join in that's ok, but we will simply take part in the PM negotiations.
wahmbulance THIS INCLUDES arguments over religion, personal problems, name calling, ect. (and by arguments I mean fighting on a personal level... I would like to have some debates on religion if we can handle it, but with the focus of furthering and clarifying our knowledge)

~Say What?~ anybody who comes in new I know it can be freaky. Us strange Christian people can be really intimidating. We've got this complex in our head where we think there's this 'God' who we can't see that runs the universe... and that's kinda wierd~
~Please, feel welcome to figure out what we're really about, ask questions, look at what people have written, this is a chance for you to wander with the wierdos without feeling like we're out to get you and sell your soul so some dead freak on a cross.

Common Sense people
~ You act 2 yrs old, you may be treated 2 yrs old. Please... be the grown-up. Dont make me sit here and type up rules for every little thing, like "No spamming" or "No cybering", (which please, don't do either of those here)
You know right from wrong, and you are responsible enough to take on the maturity necessary to post things that are "true, right and honorable".
