Be honest.
We've all seen the lightweight type, who have 1 or 2 then start slurring and cant walk.
eg, I bought zak my gay friend 2 drinks today, we went to the gay bar cos nowhere else was open after 11pm that i could get into. and he gets up to leave, and falls straight back to the floor. im like, Zak! how can you be pissed already, so he giggles and snorts somethin silly. hahah.
But on the other hand, we've all seen the type of guy to NEVER stop drinking, and at the end of the night they can walk, talk, drive i bet! and everythin else, i feel sorry for them to be honest, they spend all that money on booze and dont even get a little buzz from it.
but which type are you? or..how many drinks will it take you to get drunk.
for me, it really depends on what im drinking, but its average i think.
if its shots im drinking, then its about 5 or 6, unless its absinthe lol. if its vodka, then its a half litre bottle to get me tipsy, and a litre bottle till im really drunk =]
most of the time i just drink vodka n cokes, so i just buy them all night, double shot usually, so im never too sure how many it takes me, cos i dont stop till i run out of money hehe.

I get tipsy with 2 beers.
I get drunk with 5.
I get shitfaced if its anything beyond that.
Throw in some cigarettes with that, I'm knocked out.
I <3 the drunkenness.

AT ONE POINT I could take twenty brandies and still walk, talk and charm.
Alas, no longer. I'm good for about eight or nine though.
Scrumpy though, I can only really deal with two pints, at most. >.<

So you get drunk easier now you've been drinking longer?
i always thought after a while of drinking it takes alot more.
but i dunno. for me ive always been the same really. 4 or 5 vodka and cokes and im pretty tispy, then anything beyond and im havin a super time! xd

Last night was five whiskies and a pint of Red Dragon Ale, which was perfectly alright.
Then I had a pint of Old Rosie, and it all went a bit dizzy.

Straight 70cl vodka normally does me, I tend to mix drinks and drink them quickly which farks me up quicker.

A pint of Old Rosie more than halves my alcohol tolerance.
Consequently, I'm currently hiding in my room. Kissed one of my flatmates, I seem to recall the groping of breasts being involved.
>.<
Sooner or later though, I'm going to have to venture out for food.

I've never been drunk but it takes me two big bottles of Smrinoff Ice to get tipsy...or 10 big glasses of foul wine

Three pints of ale, three glasses of champagne, a glass of wine, two flaming B-25s and two doubleshots of tequila/sambuca.
That was past my limit.
So, so, so past it.

Depends on what I'm drinking, whether I've eaten, etc, but my tolerance is pretty high. And with the cost to go out drinking, it's a real nuisance.
Needless to say, I do most of my drinking at home/parties. Too few bars have a decent selection, atmosphere, and price.
Though I did find this chinese restaurant with the best scotch selection in the area. 170+ scotches on their list, and some more that aren't. Probably won't compare to the other side of the pond where you can get them legally, but it's still amazing for for me. -_-

A list of 170+ is great for anywhere! Though it depends how many of those number are undrinkable lower-end ones.. :-/

Off hand, I don't recall, but I will try to copy the list next time I'm there. >.> In shorthand.
I can tell you that none of them were names I hadn't heard of, blended, or grocery store quality. The guy who owns the place knows his scotch.
One of these days I will pay the $100+/tot for the more expensive and all will be well with the world.
