For Geometry, we've had to memorize Therorems and Postulates like mad. I have a memorization problem, especially if it pertains to somethign as dry and dull as mathematics.
Can anyone give me tips for memorizing things?

Usually, what I do is make up a song/show tune. I had to memorize 'The Raven', and a couple of my friends created up a nice little tune with the first 5 or 6 stanzas. Helped a LOT.

Yep. Put it in a song or poem, something easy to remember. Acronyms also work very well (like LOL for Laugh out loud, PEMDAS for Parenthesis, Exponents, Multiply, Divide, Add, Subtract, or My Very Eager Mother Just Served Us Nine Pizzas for the planets, although that wouldn't work anymore since poor Pluto got exiled).

I had a Spanish substitute once who did this thing with us. For example, lets use "The dog was really annoying and scary." as an example. She'd erase one word so it would say "The dog was ____ annoying and scary" and she'd continue removing words until it said "__ ___ __ ____ _______ ___ _____" xD It helped me a lot. I don't know if it'll be any good in your case but it's worth a try.

.....I can't help here. I've always been good at math stuff, and I flew though geometry in 9th grade like it was going out of style. I don't have to memorize them. I just know them.

Get people to tell it to you at random times in the day.
Or imagine in a song, it's saying what you want to memorise. =P

Geometry is my favorite class, in fact, this class is where I get my highest grade. A tip is work with theorems and postulates one by one until you get used to them. Though it is hard to memorize all of them shortly, it is really easy when you are proving some theorems, because they fit like jigsaw puzzle pieces. Good luck! ^_^

One thing I did (and I know this is horribly dull) is just using them over and over again. I found that discussing the previous night's homework with friends forced me to redo the same steps over and over again, which makes it much easier to remember.
The other one, specifically for theorems, is to understand how you get there. All theorems have to be proven based on postulates, and since there are much fewer and simpler postulates, it's pretty easy to try to actually prove each theorem. The main thing is, if you understand how you got there, even if you don't remember the name of the theorem, doing the same proof steps will generally still earn you credit, and usually help you remember to use it in the future.
