What does everyone like on a pizza?
What kind?
Home-made or from which brand?

I love meat on my pizza but hate vegetables, except maybe bell peppers or onion.
My favorite pizza is the classic one with just mozzerella, basil and tomato.
Also, the pizza always has to be thin crust, crispy is a plus but it can be chewy, but must always be thin.
I like weird pizza's like you would get from California Pizza Kitchen, and home-made is always a plus.

Hm... I'm a fan of pretty much everything, except bell peppers and such.
Favorite pizza toppings: pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and onions. I'm not the biggest fan of it, but anchovies are OK to eat, like if someone else likes to eat them. (I know a lot people who HATE anchovies.)

Well, other than plain ol'd cheese pizza, I like mine with every kind of cheese on the menu, Canadian bacon, regular bacon, clams((been to a hole in the wall joint in Connecticut offering this topping)), spinach, and mushrooms.

NOT CHEESE eek No dairy for me.
Which usually means it needs to be a reeallly good tomato sauce, and then various vegetables on it. Carmelized onion, mushroom, and roasted red peppers are my favorites.
When I am making pizza myself I like making a roasted garlic and canellini bean spread which I then put on the pizza instead of cheese. It's really yummy.

I looove roasted vegetable pizzas. I had this one frozen sort that had caramelized onions, artichoke hearts, bell peppers, and all sorts of other goodies sprinkled on top. It was sweet, smokey and oooh so flavorful. Gotta love a pizza with a flavorful sauce. Now that I have some new cookbooks and techniques, I'm looking forward to a homemade pizza from scratch, including the sauce. All of this news on Food Network about Tony G has gotten me interested. ><

honestly, i like plain white pizza with fennel seeds and cheese. hmm.. and maybe some sundried tomatoe pesto to dip/spread on. basil pesto is equally good. heavy tomato sauce (with paste, pieces, etc.) gives me the runs, so i avoid it.

Winner of a bunch o' national pizza contests. He's been on Emeril Live, and he was part of a Food Network pizza contest. He set a few world records during that show. I think Highest Pizza Toss was one of 'em... Anyhow, he's wicked cool! (Make sure to mention pizza on any Tony G searches, there's also a poker champ and a hip-hop producer that go by the same name. o-O)
