I found this cool new effect!

1. Start out with your render and blank document.

2. Color the document black and then paste your render on it.

3. Resize it as neccessary to fit into your document. Edit>Free transform

4. Once it is resized your next step is to click on the layer with your render on it and click "duplicate"

5. Now set the original image layer to active and get your smudge tool, the smudge should be set to special effects brushes and on the leaf brush. Begin smudging the image around, make sure to not let it get too big around just a small area behind the image.

6. Next add the ocean ripple effect to your smudged image. Filter>Distort>Ocean Ripple. Make the settings what you think looks good.

7. Now set your background layer to active and go to Filter>Render>Lens Flare. Set the flare to about medium brightness so that you can tell the shine but still retain color of the smudged image.

8. Now youre done. your image should look like this now:

9. The final step is to add any lighting effects and text. This is what my finished looks like:
