1.You open with a statement that grabs your reader's attention.
ex.Hinata&Naruto love grabbed my attention quickly.
A lot of people want to see them become an item in the show.
2.Then you keep your reader interested with examples and reasons for the examples.
ex. you don't really have anything to keep your reader ((members)) interested. Thats were I come in to help. Like I have help so many others with their guilds.
ex. Here is a tip.
Organization
You need it. It helps the members A LOT.
ex. Another tip.
With the rp. To keep your members interested with them you need RPs that resemble reality however still cling to what we know as fantasy.

thank you for the suggestions.....but I think the reason for the inactivity isn't because of non-intrest.......it may be because of not being online....or if you haven't noticed that alot of people have multiple guilds.....and they may even own their own guild...and, personally, I'd put my own guild first.

Well, in my opinion, I would think that you have plenty of distractions here, but not much main event. If people are joining the guild because they are fans of Naruto, and they are supporters of Hinata & Naruto hooking up, you need to play to that, and get some conversations struck up on the subject of the anime.
Sticky a bunch of threads like "How do you think they will hook up?", "Do you think Naruto will understand what is going on if Hinata asks him out?", "What do you think their kids would look like?", "Vote for best girlfriend for Naruto", "Vote for best girlfriend of Sasuke", Vote for best boyfriend for Sakura", "Favorite Episode", "Favorite Ninja", "Favorite Technique", "Favorite Fight", "Who's your favorite teacher?", "Who's a fan of the pervy sage?", "Which character would you be?", "How many of you have seen every episode?", "Fanfictions", "Episode Summaries", "Who's Who", and many more that I can't think of right now, for newbies and veterans alike. Get people talking about what they are passionate about, and you will get more activity. Get more activity, and you will get more members (if every member has brought all their friends, then you need more random strangers, and random strangers will bring more friends...).
This place is great thus far, and contrary to some previous posts, I think the organization is pretty good, especially considering the well designed subforums, although I might consider taking some of what I have proposed and come up with a category to encompass it. Some examples might be like making the "vote" and "favorite" threads stickies in the "Poll Whore" subforum and maybe renaming the subforum to express that things like that are inside, or making a "Help for new fans" subforum for the "Who's who" and "Episode summaries" and similar threads. Also, if you could rearrange the subforums to put directly related stuff at the top, and support stuff at the bottom (like, Crew Discussions should be dead last since most people will never go there).
Also, for more random new members, you could advertise in one or more of the public community forums asking for new members (or get current members to do so), and by all means, continue Interest Tag trolling.
Anyways, the point is for a guild that is based on Naruto, we need to talk more about Naruto, and make it obvious that we are.
I love this place, and I want it to succeed. Follow your heart, and you will not fail. ninja

i have this problem in my guild on neopets...for me i think it is so many people on at so many different times it is hard to maintain.... but i like certain sections of this guild and i visit them constantly to see what other people have written...i especially luv the games section!!!

cosmeticsbyjenni i have this problem in my guild on neopets...for me i think it is so many people on at so many different times it is hard to maintain.... but i like certain sections of this guild and i visit them constantly to see what other people have written...i especially luv the games section!!! yeah....it is hard to maintain.....and thanks for the positive feedback ^-^

I just had a birthday party in my other guild and it was soooo much fun! I think that would be cool to put on here.... they have a subforum just for birthdays, the members friend the mods and the mods send out invites to the birthday parties... the themes are based on the users name like fritenites party tommorrow is a halloween theme we had virtual pillow fights pics of pizza soda and such it was a blast oh and you roll dice to win a prize, it was an envelope but you don't have to use something that expensive...I would help you get it started if you needed to, donate a prize to the mule or whatever...it was fun! Just an idea, you can pm me for more details or whatever...

that's a great idea ^-^ when we get the funds for another subforum we may do that....or maybe we'll just go and donate to their quest for their b-day....but I'll see ^-^ next month is my b-day and I'm majorly questing for a coco....
