I have a load of cranberries in my freezer right now.
Does anyone have a decent recipe that uses cranberries (That is not any sort of cranberry sauce)?

Cranberry glazed chicken.
Easy peasy, chicken stock and cranberries!
OR, I love making cranberry stuffing inside a pork or beef tenderloin. It's beautifully flavored expecially if you make a cranberry gravy with the beef/pork drippings. Not too heavy on the cranberry though, a lot goes a long way.
Cranberry cocktails always go over well. Though at the moment I can think of any particular recipe.
