So since I got an unofficial okay to start up a roleplay I'll start with a simple one. I actually do very complex and mysterious roleplays -as you can see one of mine here- that have deep plots, but since I'm new around here and I don't know much about everyone's roleplaying styles I'll start with the simplest. (Well in my mind.)Plot- (I'll keep the plot loose)The last forest rests untouched, unscarred for many years. While it seems impossible it could only be true for the fact that its residents have protected it for years. Humans have never entered the forest and returned alive. It is said the protectors of the forest are hostile towards the humans, although then they must be made of other races. The forest contains trees large enough to hide a small army, individualy. The bark is stained white and the leaves are anywhere from a deep violet to a pale teal. The forest is the oldest and the last, it holds many secrets.Rules and Other Random Things-1. Please don't Godmod, although I know that is a forum rule. (still this one has arrised most in my past) 2. I have little profile restrictions as long as it doesn't break the other rules. 3. Don't write a profile just write an opening post. I know this seems weird put its just how I go about roleplays. If you want to put the proile on your RPCs then thats fine. 4. Obviously don't use * and please write in past tense.Story So Far-This is where I'll write a quick summary of the roleplay so far for quick refrence.

Darkness blanketed the world around, only the stars giving any light. The moon was hidden, making it even darker. A figure stood perched above the canopy, about as high as possible. A forlorn look took hold of the world above the forest, death clinging to the air. With a sigh the figure dropped to the ground below, landing in silence. Silver hair flowed down to her shoulders, cut into odd curves. Gold eyes scanned the area before her her tenebrous look disapearing. The crepuscular world, the one hidden within the forest was much more beautiful then the sinister stories the humans asumed was true.
She stood tall, holding herself high. No weapons held, her tutelary look made it obvious that she was not human. She had a smirk that spelled mischive and her bare feet made no noise. The only thing that made noise was the black pants she wore, silver bead hanging loosely. She wore a high cut silver top, black bands wound tightly on her arms. Even her outfit matched the twilight around her.
The trees glowed ever so slightly, their silver trunks reflecting light blues and green. The dark grass was perfect, the tallest only to the ankles. Fireflies flew silently, adding just enough light to the crepuscular forest. Tarak, a protector of the forest. She had little to worry about within the forest, having befriended it long ago. With a quick jump she pulled herself up onto a large branch. It being about three men wide, she walked along it with ease, her eyes lit with joy.

( A wonderful plot, Kayonaku. I hope you do not mind that I am joining. )
The tranquility of the night was not going to last for long. Tension seemed to hang within the air with a heavy feeling. Had it been a cloudy night, an ominous clap of lightning would have clapped along the borders of the forest. The air, with its thick and heavy feel, remained still. It seemed as though the entire forest had paused and held its breath. Just as the calm before the storm.
A figure broke through the thick air with ease. He struggled to remain within the branches of the large and mighty trees. Touching the ground would only mean more obstacles to overcome. The man's deep red eyes darted about the forest in attempt to locate the nearest forest protector. He spotted silver hair and came to a grinding halt. He fell from the tree in the process only to land soundlessly and perfectly on his own feet.
"Tarak. There's a problem." The deep voice of Nyaka cut through the quiet night easily. His deep blue hair seemed black within the dark of the night. The outfit he wore was rather simple. Black dress pants that forever seemed clean and a shirt that was two shades lighter than the color of his hair.
( Let me know if that is okay. I believe her name is Tarak, but let me know if I am mistaken. )

((Why thank you, you're writing is good by the way. Yeah please join sweatdrop no need to ask ))
Tarak stopped, the voice breaking her thoughts. Her omnicent look detetriated a bit as she turned. The light there was seemed more threatening then the shadows. The shadows were a place to hide, the light brought out things that shouldn't be seen. Although most of the stories were false about the forest there were some things to be afraid of.
A smile returned as she recognized the voice. She dropped almost lazily, landing lightly on her feet. The grass felt soft beneith her feet, softer then any fake carpet. Although each breath seemed heavy and tension could be felt in the air. Even so she kept a nonchalant smile and placed her hand in her pockets. "Of course, a night like this can never stay peaceful," she said calmly glancing off in the directions of the border, "So Nyaka what intrudes today?" Her tone was rich, the accent unidentifiable. The silence was defening, it spelled trouble. While the forest was quiet this was abnormal.

( Why thank you very much. You are better than I am, though... I would like to ask exactly what the "powers" of the forest protectors are. )
Nyaka's expression faltered as his mind worked at a way to explain the situation. Modern technology, while not exactly foreign to the forest protectors, was still a strange thing to explain. They had no need for developments in machinery due to the special abilities they held. The man took a deep breath and let it out. Slowly, his maroon eyes met Tarak's gold ones.
"They have brought machines once more. These ones are different, though. When another protector went in to destroy it and no one else has heard from him since." Nyaka paused to catch his breath before continuing. "I thought of going to deal with it, since I'm stronger than Noah, but I decided not to. I believe it was designed to learn the secrets of our forest." He finished hastily.

(Well I didn't make it specific on purpose to give freedom but.... well each one is different. Obviously the forest helps them in any way and some can summon creatures from the forest. Although I don't want to be too specific, your welcome to put things into it. As I said I'm keeping this one loose)
"They can try all they want," Tarak said simply, her eyes flashing with anticipation. She gave a smirk turning back to Nyaka frivolously, "So this means you want help? Wow I'm honored." With an elegant mock bow she turned. She faced away from him, towards the barrier.
Her look went more serious, her eyes unfocusing. The area around her disapated, only the deep colored grass beneith her. Wind blew lightly, her hair whipping behind her. A low whispered came with the wind, the plaintive words echoing in her mind. With a smile the woods returned, Nyaka once again standing in front of her. "Its just entered the southern point," she said solemnly. For a moment the sadness of the forest clung to her, even causing her to frown. "Lets go," she said silently, taking off into a run.

Nyaka merely nodded at her question of requiring help. It wasn't often that he felt the need to ask for assistance from another protector. It was also not very often that the forest protectors became captured or jepordized in any way. Machines had yet to succeed before.
With great ease, Nyaka followed Tarak's running pace. His feet never created a noise as he dodged the trees that were coming before him. Within no time, he stood at the southern point and pointed to the large, yellow machine that was stopped on the other side of the barrier. It was only a matter of time before the humans figured out that the protector they held captive was the only way to get through said barrier.

(Love the plot!!! heart blaugh I wanna join in as well!)
Upon the edge of the fair fair wood, in the dark shadows where many have lurked; here hides a female with silvery white hair. Through the dark nightengale with eyes pierce the shadows, hath she spyed upon the metal that threatened these woods. Without a sound she leaped into the air, at a safe distance away from human eyes. She landed on a tree branch that was a few feet wide, which was strong enough to hold her easily. Peering through the violet leaves in the comfort of the tree, in the warm summer air, in the dead of night was more than enough temptation to fall asleep. But she didn't fall for it. Yanni'n gazed at the flaws that stood infront of the forest, camping out and deciphering a way to demolish the mystic woods inwhich many call home. She could hear the beat of rapid steps behind her this only meant that there were others coming. Yanni'n bore a black kimono that came short at mid thigh even still, the sleeves were long and flowing and her thick sash that encricled her entire midrift was blood red.

((sorry for not posting sooner, my other roleplay was hitting its climax sweatdrop I couldn't make myself leave))
Tarak stopped for a moment, eyeing the machine. The loud hum defeaned her, her sense of hearing almost useless. It was times like this that sensitive hearing backfired, making things only worse. With only a glance towards Yanni'n she took off again, running towards the barrier. She dodged left, cutting across the underbrush. Only a faint whisp of her silver hair told them she climbed to the trees above. She positioned herself on the opposite side, staring out into the open.
A group of humans were talking, louder than the hum of the machine. "So you sure this thing will work?" one of the younger ones asked, tapping his foor irritably. "Cause I'm not going in there unless I know I'm protected."
"You fool I already gave you a deminstration of its power!" a man called back. He had a ratty look to him, a white lab coat worn. He held a clipboard that he wavvied wildly in front of him. Humans are very odd, Tarak thought sideways. Shaking her head she eyed the machine. There was no sign of the missing protector and it quite worried her.

( It is fine. I know that feeling. )
Nyaka watched the men for a moment, his entire body still. To the forest protectors, he was just holding still as to not attract attention. To the humans that were trying to enter the forest, he might have not existed. It was amazing how the creatures didn't notice things that didn't move. His elf ears listened to the conversation closely before he glanced up at the two girls-Tarak and Yanni'n.
Another man in a white lab coat approached the two men that had been conversing. He held the strange wooden plank- the clipboard- in his hand and round pieces of glass around his eyes- glasses. The only strange thing about him was the tattoo on the back of his neck. That tattoo was the symbol of a forest protector and would be on Nyaka's neck no matter what form he took.
"How does this machine work?" He questioned above the loud roar of said machine. Nyaka searched it with his eyes, as if he would suddenly find a trace of another protector within it.

Seeing Tarak run right by was a signal to her to get closer. Yanni'n jumped out of the tree quieter than a mouse and disintegrated into the air before hitting the ground. With sly action and quick thought she regenerated in the shadow of a machine good ways off from the humans. With a string she tied her long hair back and, a shear black material was used as a blindfold to hide her eyes. Humans were talking about plans and companies and who would benefit off the trees in the woods. But it was difficult to hear over the noise of the machines. The humans continued to babble about stuff only once or twice did they speak of something worth hearing. "Hey who thinks we should get termites to do the job, eh?" Some laughed. "We need to think of something else thicker than what we got!" One human said something that made the hairs on Yanni's neck stand straight up. "Maybe we should dig past the roots?" Digging past the roots would lead them to the underground fortress. "That is going to take forever!" another replied. "Gabe would know. If anyone knows about the the white woods it's h-" The worker was cut off by the loud rumble of a machine that was started. Whatever the guy was going to say went unheard. "They say ------(machine rumble cuts off sentence)------- and dried the lake with a snap!" The worker snapped his fingers at insync with the word. Appearently this was no ordinary human. This is the second time they said that name. Is he supposed to be important?

The ratty like man smiled, obviously happy to display it. He turned and walked back to the machine. It was pitch black, threatening at the sight. Pulling out a small panal he begane to type furiously. As he hit the last key the rumbling stopped, a sudden silence over the area. The stars failed to give much light to human eyes but for the protectors it was clear as day. Lenses begane to focus in and out, lighting up in an odd fashion. Suddenly something was shot out of it, flying clear overhead. As it did a blinding light shined over the area, brighter than day. "This my boy will give us light to work by. It also will help us spot any more of those creatures from the forest."
Tarak was quite used to protectors being called things or creatures. Humans tried to think of them as no more than beasts. She took a couple steps back, into the few shadows left. The light was blinding, and it didn't go away.
"The light will last as long as this generator keeps going," the man said pridefully. He patted the machine lightly, it was only the size of some stacked cardboard boxes. What was more threatening was the bulldozers and other machines behind, waiting for orders.
Tarak shook her head. 'That fool Yanni'n better not get caught,' she thought feircly. Instead of running forward she sat, crossing her legs. She pressed her hands against the white wood, closing her eyes. "Το δάσος παλαιού παρακαλώ μου δανείζει τη δύναμή σας." the words were crisp and cool, tension building. "δάσος παλαιού μας βοηθά προστάτες." Words of anceint settled across the area, inaudible to human ears.

Yanni'n saw the glare of the light hit the dark from the shadows, it was really bright to cast glares in the far off distance. Fortunately the lagoon that was connected to the edge of the forest was within range to flee to. That is only if there were any problems. There was a current problem though, these generators, they shined with the light of day and any "creatures" who were careless enough could get caught easily. It was only by slim luck that the generators made annoying sounds, ( like my mom's washer and dyer xd ) this noise was easy to track, easy to find and even better to stay away from. Before anyone could even think of being watched, Yanni'n disintegrated in to the wind and regenerated back in the forest. She ran like the wind that made no sound even for those with omniscent ears. Even with the blind fold still on she leaped from tree to tree as swift as the wind and quietly as still water.

Nyaka let out a deep growl of frustration as the machine let out massive amounts of light. Not only would that cause the protectors to be visible in the dark night, but it would also interfere with the natural balance that the forest held. Without thinking, Nyaka approached the giant machine.
The false appearance that he had taken- the one of a scientist- dropped quickly. There was nothing stopping the men from seeing just exactly what he was. He looked at the machine and discovered the generator that gave everything power. What a coincidence that it happened to be creating the most noise out of the entire machine.
Nyaka cast a glance up at the forest, as if to warn them of what he was doing. In a low voice, he spoke. "Πρόκειται να μας απελευθερώσω αυτής της διαταραχής μιας μηχανής από καμιά άποψη που μπορώ..." He paused, allowing the quiet words to be heard by all the protectors. "Προειδοποιείται." He added. With the warning words having been spoken, Nyaka turned to the generator and began to concentrate energy into his hands.

Yanni'n listened as the ancient words echoed through the forest from tree to tree, dark to shadow and even into the precious earth they longed to save. As she flit through the forest the darkness she decided to stop and turn back because there might be useful information to hear and there might be someone in need of help. Her faith always overrules all actions; Never leave a friend behind, lest my life take the place of another who is more worthy to walk this earth.
