Let's just say that over the winter break I completely blew off the Iliad, which I have to read and take "extensive notes" on by next Tuesday. I have a party to go to on Sunday, so I can't read then. So I have to read the whole thing and take extensive notes between Saturday and Monday night. I have a geometry test tomorrow. I'm also a victim of No Child Left Behind, so I have to take these idiotic HSA tests and pass them in order to graduate. And after my three-hour-long English HSA, which will no doubt be full of completely moronic essays, I have a unit test on gases in chemistry. I have a huge essay due a week from tomorrow, an essay on A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man due the 16th, and I'll obviously have another geometry and/or chemistry test that week, and then I have finals to worry about. In conclusion, the next three weeks are gonna be hell on a stick. gonk
The one little bright spot on the horizon? Finals week ends on a Thursday. I have Friday the 26th off, and then on the 27th my beloved boyfriend and I will be celebrating our one-year anniversary! heart

same here...i had a essay to write over the break and i didn't do it until the day i got back. Then i had alot of work to do...my only day off is saturday.

I have the same problem. I'm like the world's biggest
procastinator. And the bad part about that is that I'm
homeschooled so that makes it very easy to do...

I procrastinated during the break, also. Too bad we had the last two days of school cancelled on account of snow, so I went three weeks without studying for finals. Needless to say, I failed.

I am one of the worst procrastinators in the world. I am so bad that I finished a history essay (that should have been done before the winter break) yesterday, which was the day it was due. I was also sick yesterday so it was not easy to write said essay.
Now I must go finish my health assignment that is already a day late.
