There is a group of people standing in what looks to be the remains of a battlefield. It is raining. Two of them are a bit away from the rest. They are a boy and girl. The boy is lying on the ground and the girl is kneeled down next to him. He looks like he was in a big battle. The girl is holding up his head.

Boy: I… I'm sorry. It looks like I'm not going to be able to keep the promise I make in Vankrin…

Girl: Don't say that, you're going to be just fine. You have to be.

The boy smiles.

Boy: Hey, don't be sad. Everything is going to be okay now. The fight is over. Finally, there will be peace.

Girl: That… That doesn't matter. Not if you're not with me.

The girl begins to cry.

Boy: Please. Don't cry, you knew this was going to happen. You've known all along.

Girl: But, I wanted to change it. I don't want you to die. I… I…

The boy reaches up and touches her face.

Boy: I know, but you of all people should know you can't change one's destiny.

A flashback takes the scene to the previous hour. A fierce battle rages on. Two factions collide in an epic bloodbath, while two warriors stand among it all in the middle. The first warrior has a smirk on his face. He is holding a sword that is surrounded by a blue fire. His white hair flows down around his shoulders, as he brings the sword around to his shoulder. He is cocky, believing that victory this day is within his grasp.

Warrior: Well, well…I told you this would happen if you allowed your pride to get the better of you. We cannot be stopped. Even a fool such as yourself should have foreseen this, but you chose to uphold the honor of Vankrin. Such a shame. You could have fought by my side. Instead, you'll die like a dog. Begging for his life.

The view rotates and on the ground is the boy. He is clutching the handle of his blade and a passion burns in his eyes.

Boy: This war will end today. It will end with your death.

With that, the boy stands on his feet and wipes the blood from his mouth. He slowly raises his sword and prepares himself for another round.

Warrior: Aren't we bold? Do you truly believe you can take another beating like before? I implore you to reconsider what you are doing. Join me and together we can take over this planet and make it our own.

Boy: I would rather die than ever stand beside you!

Warrior: Than you shall die beside me.

Boy: We'll see about that.

The boy lets out a battle cry and charges. Their sword meets and splash of blue flame fires forth from the warrior's blade. The two spin around, steel meeting steel once again. They slide their swords slowly to each others handles, then push away. The boy takes charge again and swings his sword at the warrior's hand, knocking his sword from his hand. The warrior reaches for his sword and the boy kicks him in the chest, sending him to the ground. He steps on the warrior's chest and looks down at him, with his blade to the warrior's neck.

Boy: I'm going to end this once and for all. Here and now!

Girl: STOP!

Amidst the carnage, the girl has somehow found her way to the boy. She seems upset.

Girl: You can't! You have no idea what this will do!

The warrior now spots his chance. He quickly grabs his blade and buries it deep into the boy's side. The boy's eyes almost instantly glaze over. A wisp of blue fire from the blade escapes the boy's mouth. The warrior grins with delight as the boy falls to the ground. He withdraws his sword and calls out to his army.

Warrior: We are done here. Let us take flight!

Boy: No... This fight isn't over.

The warrior looked back to the boy. Surprisingly he is back on his feet.

Warrior: Impossible... How are you still alive?

The boy takes this chance and charges forward, plunging his sword straight through his enemy's chest. He then looks him in the eyes.

Boy: Now you are done here..... your majesty.

With that, the boy quickly rips his sword out of the warrior and spins around, his back to his now fallen enemy. After a couple moments, he returns to the ground. The girl had tears streaming down her face as she ran over to tend to the boy.

Girl: I'm so sorry.

Boy: Why…why did you stop me?

Girl: Because, I realized who you are and what was going to happen. I thought if I stopped you from killing him, it would change everything. But now I am the reason it happened. I... I...

The boy coughs up some blood. It is now the present.

Girl: This was not to be your destiny.

Boy: It was…do not cry. I'm going home.

With that, the boy shuts his eyes and exhales one last time.

Tyera suddenly sat up from her bed. She was breathing hard and in a cold sweat. She put her hand to her forehead.

Tyera: That dream again. That's the third time this month.

She looked over to the right where her brother was still asleep in his bed.

Tyera: At least I didnt wake Raidyn this time.

After a few moments, she gets up and wakes out of the room. Raidyn then turns over and looks at the doorway.

Raidyn: I wish she would tell the council about the dreams. Usually when she has dreams like this, they mean something is about to happen...

Soon it is morning. Raidyn and Tyera are having breakfast.

Raidyn: So, you had that dream again didnt you?

Tyera nearly dropped her drink.

Tyera: I woke you? I'm sorry...

Raidyn: Why wont you tell the council about these dream?

Tyera: I did, and they didnt listen.

Raidyn lets out a sigh.

Raidyn: Not the Angel Guardian council, our peoples council.

Tyera looked down at the table. It took a moment for her to speak.

Tyera: Because all they will do is assign me a watcher and attempt to see the dream for themselves. Besides, if anyone can do anything about this, it would be the Angel Guardians. They are....

Raidyn slams his fist on the table.

Raidyn: They a bunch of greedy, unjust souls! You know just as much as I do that they ignore us because we do not accept them as our rulers! We are a race of Seers! We can govern our own people with our own council! We dont need them!

There is only silence for awhile between them. Finally Raidyn speaks.

Raidyn: I'm sorry. I didnt mean to yell.

Tyera: It's ok. Let's just forget about the dream for now. So, we still leaving for the Capital City of Peron today?

Raidyn: Yeah, I’m hoping they have a good library where I can learn more about my totems and stuff. We will leave this afternoon……

And thus the adventure begins...........
