Ok, I think I want to start this off with a debate we've been having in science class recently.
If A person is on life support, do to a head injury, with little to no chance of comeing back, should we keep them alive?
I mean, there have been case's where people have suffered head injuries and pretty much gone into a vegetative state, some times for years, costing the government hundereds of thousends of dollers.
The main question is, If a person is in a vegetative state, were the only reason they are still alive is because of life support, Are they really alive? Should we take them off life support? Or leave them on because there is still a chance of them recovering mobility?
*note- When a person is in vegetative state, they cant function properly, cant talk, cant move, for all we know they cant even think!

Scary thinks that if there is aminiscule chance of survivle, and that's it, and it's costing the government so much maney, turn up the morphine. Even if the do survive, chances are that they'll be abnormaly slow, and/or paralysed. They'll be, in essance, dead weight that their family will have to support.

Its really a surviving type thing they have to do, its like, there brain stops functioning properly and they eat with a feeding tube.
So do you think they should die or not?
And If you really think about it, Maybe they want to die.

They say that they don't know if the person can think. If I could think in that situation, I'd be thinking "Somebody shoot me." Life is boring enough without being stuck in a hospital for months and months and months.
I say, instead of taking them of life support, turn up the morphine. Then, if they can feel, it'll just be like going to sleep. I think. I've never O.D.'d on Morphine, so I wouldn't know...

Um, for one thing, morphine stops pain, and also they cant feel anything, and they are all ready asleep. They arn't even coherent.

Well the argument is, that is a person in a vegetative state, truly alive or not.
There was one person that actually recoverd, I think there still a bit slow, but they recoverd, so theres always as chance.

Well, the world is over populated anyway. There's also a chance that the person you're going to execute didn't slaughter ten innocent toddlers, but I would just take that chance. Again, people are just soft.

So you just feel like, eh kill em anyway...
The way I feel is that If you stick them in a rom with food pellets and some water, and they live for a few weeks, keep em alive, if they die, they they were already dead in the first place..
Now I need to think of another debate, cause this one got old quick..
Unless anyone else has one surprised

Ho jeez... Dont get me started on religion...
Eh he hem.. Adam and Eve had 2 sons, Cain and abraham (I believe) Cain Slayed Abraham. God then punished him, by banishing him, He then went over the mountain and married... WHAT DID HE MARRY TOO??? a monkey?
If it was a monkey then that could be how the theory of evolution pops in. Scince he does the nasty with a monkey, The monkeys kid was a slighty more evolved monkey, and so on, until you get normal humans again.
Another theory is, that after Adam and Eve ate the naughty fruit, god punished them by makeing them inpure. It is possible that in the even of doing this, he turned them into neandurthols(sorry about the spelling on that one), thusly They had to evolve into us.
Or god doesn't exist.
Another problem with religion is, that it has been scientifically proven the the earth was created in 4 billion years, not 7 days.
One answer could be that days were 750 million years long.
Another could be that god does not exist.
And finally, all the problems with jesus & the BIBLE.
1. there wernt three wise men, there could have been anywere from 1-100, and they weren't vary wise, they were probably just a bunch of drunk guys.
2. They weren't following a star, they were following a comet.
3. Jesus wasn't born in bethlehem, just outside of it actually.
4. I dont see why we still call him jesus, that wasn't his name. You see, Jesus in latin translates to Joshua
4. In latin virgin means, Woman of Marrigable age.. So where did we get that Mary didnt have any kids before hand, Its quite possible she was just 17 or something.
5. I said 4 twice
6. The bible was just writen buy a roman prisoner
There it is, my amazing problems with religion!

That's quite a substantial rant..
Here are my issues (and I'm not going to touch the thing about the monkeys..);
One The bible was written from teh account of one man at a time. He writes this, then this guys writes this, then another guy writes this. There is nothing from anyone's view but this group, and everyone sees thiings differently.
Two God, assuming he does exsist, and in fact a 'he', is a bloody hypocrit. And I don't know how to spell that.
Three The Creation theory; there are two major groups (I don't remember who they are..) with two seperate theories. I don't care what they were, because they were stupid. Did God just make a planet, and stick us on it, or did he find a planet, and make everything, and how long did it take? Jeez. Was it even God who made us? I think not. It was probably a race from somewhere else (like we're really the only intelligent beings in the universe? Yeah right) and we evolved from that.

Thats pretty much what happend in the mission to mars movie.. Aliens made us in there image to watch us and stuff 3nodding

I'll have to watch it sometime, because I guess that's the creation thing I believe in.
