I dont know the exact scripture, but i know the Bible says he rains on the just and the unjust because of the saved people around them. My thing is my friend is a nice person, and he is rich, i mean really rich. But he doesnt believe in God, and he said he doesnt know if his parents do. I know no one can really answer this, but why would God give so much to someone that wont except the only thing they really need in their lives???

Well I kinda had the same thing but God loves you and even though you tryied he still loves you. I know its hard but try try try again. I know you can do it even though you might fail. I have failed and succeded. Both ways God love's you.
