This isn't what you think. I'm not asking for help with my homework, but this isn't really literature either. I want to write something for Pro-Life and why it is wrong to get abortions. I know one thing I definately want to include in it and that is the critearion(sp?) for life. As for anything else to make it so there are as little loopholes as possible, I need help as to what else I should add and places I can get information. Can anyone help me here?

Can't really help you there - I'm more of a pro-choice person. If complications arise, or the baby will have some sort of genetic disorder that only allows it to live a few days... it just isn't worth a nine-month-long pregnancy. sweatdrop Also, if the woman is a victim of a rape, I think she should have the choice to not have the baby.

But, y'know, best persuasive essays take the arguements of the other side and disprove them somehow, so I s'pose that might be helpful. Good luck anyways.

Yes. I was hoping to be able to read arguments from both sides to help.

Lately, I don't know what to think anymore, so I don't think I can really help.

But putting my own opinions aside, I really can't think of any arguments against it that I can't counter, except, of course, that "who are we to judge?" (meaning, it's the mother's choice, how do we know what's the "moral" decision is, and then the whole athiest argument, and blah blah blah... I've done that too many times to want to now.) Sorry.

Being Cathloic, I'm pro-life. (But you knew that already, Heru-chan.)

I can help with arguements if you give me all the facts it is humanly possible to find. Of course, the thing about calling it immoral is that logic isn't foolproof on finding truth about moral and immoral things. (Why do you think philosophers are still arguing?)

Well, I suck at researching things on the internet, so if anyone is willing, can you help me with finding things on it? you don't necissarily have to look through any of the sites you find. I can do that. I can do other research like from books and stuff though.

全然。

I've used Google so much, I've got it down to a science. Well, not really. But I can usually find things online the best out of my family, especially compared to my brother.

How are you supposed to know if the baby will have any complications before it's too late? mad

I can see why you're for aborting if raped, but I can "prove" why you shouldn't.
