So, school is back, I'm a junior and have been extremely busy, I may or may not ever complete this list, but at least this can help you out for now. Once more, I was browsing the web, looking at professional instruments that I will most likely never own. And then just randomly decided to compile a list of all the manufacturers of flutes, and here is what I found. If I missed any manufacturers, please post them, I'll look them up and add them. Links may or may not be added eventually. Professional:Brannen Brothers flutemakers Inc. *^ Burkart or Burkart-Phelan** Wm. S. Haynes Flute companyPowell** Miyazawa* Muramatsu (Muramatsu America is the American dsitributor) Sankyo^ McKenna flutes (website is currently down and does not show up under a google search) John LehnerGemeinhardtTom GreenYamahaKingma Flute^^ * Offers Brogger pinless mechanism **Offers their own design of a pinless mechanism ^ Offers Kingma flute ^^The original Kingma flute. Student Professional:ArmstrongYamahaDean YangTrevor James Intermediate:JupiterGemeinhardtArmstrongYamahaDean YangTrevor James Beginner:Armstrong GemeinhardtJupiterYamahaTrevor James Custom Headjoint:Drelinger Just reading their website will blow you away. 'Nuff said. Piccolo:GemeinhardtArmstrongSankyoBurkart or Burkart-PhelanWm. S.
