Not only is Neji a "strong and silent" type, a type I find very entransing, but he's also very regimated. He knows what he wants, which shows organization and preparedness, two very desireable qualities. Also, he's pretty.

OMG Neji kun is just so cute! I LOVE HIS HAIR!!!! >.< so traditional and yet HOT. *_* he got great looks and his personality is just COOL! In addition, the way he dress (espcially the bandages) is attractive. It's like Neji's perfect!!! heart heart heart
