So... I ave graduated basic training, from MCRD San Diego... I am now a US Marine... its a helleva feeling and I am proud to be one... Ooorah and Semper Fidelis!!!

Just in case you are interested sir. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_fighting this is about gun fighting tactics and what they say standard practice is is two the chest and one to the head. And it also explains why its both not one or the other.

glad to see my thread is still here well a litle update on me, my MOS is 0311 basic riflemen, i graduate SOI(school of Infantry) on tursday my unit is 1/7 29 palms... ******** desert oh well good training, SOI is ******** awsome, clearing rooms, defence, assault, and digging fighting holes!! i should deploy to Iraq in december!

OOHRAH! con graduate ya, GEE I BEEN ON THE MCRD BASE TWICE......WELL UR IN THE CORPS NOW AND HAVE FUN THE CORPS IS NOT THAT BAD OH YEA IF UR AT PENDLETON TELL HER I SAID HI AND IT WAS NICE PLAYIN DEVILPUS ON HER UNTIL I HAD A LOW SHIN INJURY. i still have 3 more years to go to join a recruits department.
