As soon as I start watching Kanon, Pyro makes a subforum for it.
I'm six episodes into it. It's alright so far.

I watched till Episode 13, when Makoto's arc ends and Mai's arc starts. Makoto's arc really tugs at one's heart strings. ;_;

I like Shiori. She would be my girl of choice if I were the main guy (can't remember his name.)

Indeed, she has a lot of style. And kicks major @$$ as a MUGEN char. But i still prefer Ayu. Uguu power! :U

I'm watching the old version of Kanon. Then I'll watch the 2006 version.
I just got through the Mai arc. Mai is pretty cool. With the sword and all. Reminded me of Haruhi.
It got a bit melodramatic at times though sweatdrop
I hope the Shiori arc, which seems to be next, is better.

I still can't believe that they're doing the new anime by arcs too. Then again, I don't know, maybe the Ayu/Nayuki storyline actually goes like that.
Also, when you say MUGEN character, is MUGEN using that Eternal Fighter Zero Kanon characters? because in that case there should be an Ayu one too. Ayu's pretty amusing because she basks up faster than she runs forward, and one of her attacks is tripping and falling onthe opposing character.

I didn't even know there were two until halfway though the series. I'll go back and watch the original after I finish the remake. or heck, if they keep taking forever to release the episodes on fansub, I might just watchthe whole original and ruin the endin for myself.

There's no gaurantee they'll go for the same ending in this Kanon, so you won't exactly be ruining the ending. I personally would like to see a different ending.

i lykks both kanon anime series.. they just rock. but what i think is kinda cool, is comparing the quality and drawing style between the two... while doing that thinking about how the older one seems to have a bit junker quality when being right next to the new one.. but if u dont compare the two pictures, and just look at the older one, it just looks a bit old... its kinda weird likk that isnt it.. its likk is the cup half full, half empty, or half?! well anywayz to all the people actually reading this thingymajiggy that i just typed.. im sorry for typing so much! sad

Kanon is a godly anime ^_^. I cannot wait for the Fansub by group I use to come out today. I have a bad feeling, but after seeing the first, I am expecting it. I cannot wait....Kanon is like crack to me, and when it is over...what then until the Clannad movie? What then? sad

Ayu is my favorite character. I love her Uguu~
Makoto is my next favorite... she's super funny! There was an episode where Yuuchi walks in on her while she's taking a bath and she throws a pan-like container at him lol!
