Rai walks into the Dragonkage's office and sits in a chair waiting for him to notice him so that he might be able to talk to him.

"Hello Rai. Whats up?" Manndar asked as he snuck up behind him.
Manndar has a water clone doing his paperwork.

"Not that I mind but, dont you think that you should not leave water near thoes important papers?" Rai said with a smirk. Manndar was one of the few people Rai has any real respect or feelings towards so he is always relaxed around him. "I was curious about your ANBU squad in charge of interrogation and torture. I was wondering if you were in need of my talents. You know that I study different ways to get information out of my opponents. So I was wondering if you would like to have me help out with that section of your work."

"That's exactically what this paperwork is about. Our interrogations expert accidentally killed a murderer from a neighboring village that he was interrogating. The man was found out to be innocent, due to the surfacing of new evidence. The poor old man couldn't take the guilt and committed suicide last night." Manndar said as the clone handed him a folder of paper. "The interrogations department has a vacancy now.... if you want it."

Rai takes the folder of papers. He opens it up and starts to skim through the folder on the different precedures. "What is going to be the political fallout for the murder of that person? And what is our ANBU doing to try to stem any unnessary bloodshed that that village will undoubtably want?" Rai looks at Manndar reading his facial expression very carefully. "What are you not telling me? And by the way would this not make me ANBU then?" Rai says with more of an edge on his voice. He hated it when Manndar tried to keep information from him. Rai who was about 2 years Manndar's elder looked at his friend and kage and waited for a response.

"I'm going to discuss the matter with the village's leader personally soon, but the rest is confidential." Manndar explanes. "As for you being ANBU, we'll see how you do first."

"Ok by the way someone curse sealed a genin. The girls name is Rayah and I chased the guy out but then he vanished. What should I do? I am not sure where he went" Rai said.

"A curse mark eh?.... That hasn't happened since.... Na, not likely. But better not take any chances." Manndar thought to himself.
"Dispatch a squad of ANBU black-ops. We don't have many good ones left, so pick the team wisely." Manndar told Rai. "See if our ANBU leader can recommend any of them."

"The thing is though that I was sure that I was one if not the only one in this village that uses cursed chakra. Is there any one else? And if i could not find him with my eyes do you think the ANBU will? I know that they are good but I am telling you his heat trail just died. It was like he was not even there. Why dont we just increase security in the village? That might work better."

"So be it." Manndar said. "But as for cursed chakra, I'll keep my eyes open for anyone strange in the village." he then looks at a crystal ball on his desk. "A standard kage paperweight but it might come in handy."

"I thought so too, but there has never even been a record of the record. A computer never fully deletes a deleted topic, but nothing was ever found. It was alomst as if he never even existed." Manndar said looking back at Rai.
