I think it's tsuisuto, and "Twist Serve" is tsuisuto saabu. A lot of the tennis terms are just English (well, Engrish in the case of Japanese). And the chibi episodes, you could find on YouTube. I know that Episode 64 is one of them, but I can't remember all of them, and I think some of the Rikkai episodes had chibi in them if I'm not mistaken.
