I made a few changes to see if we get more people including a ninja and ANBU thingy.

After we get donations, I can make a ninja training sub forum and hopefully get more moderators/people. So yeah... have fun and well see how this goes..

I updated the Naruto manga and anime I got to get a mod to do that cause I can't always do that so for now there are some mod places open but not now >.>
