It's coming someday, the zombie apocalypse. It'll happen someday, and unless we prepare ourselves we're dead meat, simply living breathing prey to the undead masses. And so we have this thread. It isn't for discussing zombies, but more to outline what we plan to do in event of a zombie outbreak. Post and share ideas on what to do, we'll need all the preparation we can get...

For me, I plan on, for at least some time, hiding out in an abandoned mine that has several exits, preferably one which has a shutter and is above ground. If it has that I'd likely use it as a permanent base.
