Karen walked up to the church. She looked up and noticed it was really big. Minty meowed behind her. Karen then swung the doors open and walked in. She could see candles were burning, and she walked down the aisle. She then went and sat in a pew. Minty jumped up, and cuddled next to Karen.

A small rustle came from behind the pulpit, a few candles wavering as Audrey walked in from the back door. She noticed Karen and smiled. "Good evening..." she said, slipping off her crimson coat and mask. "I hope you forgive me I didn't expect you to come." She started going around the chruch and arranging things. "This is a lovely chapel. Don't you think?" she asked putting her things on a coat hanger and disapearing. "Well...I must be on my way. Good night."

Karen watched as Aud entered and spoke to her. " Actually I came here to apologize for earlier. I didn't mean for you guys to be chewed out by the mayor. I should've told you guys it was a forbidden area. But yes, this place is very magnificent." She then heard a good night, turned and Aud was gone. " Well, maybe I can't explain why Al was so mad." Karen let out a small sigh.

She sits in her office, her eyes gleaming like a dying fire in the moonlight as she pretended to read a book. Her feet rested upon the desktop. When actually, the earphone strand of an ipod curled down onto her lap.

Audrey walked into the chruch, unzipping her jacket as she did. She sighed heavily, still trying to take in everything that she heard. She saw the orphan playing by the stairs, walking slowly over to him and smiling. "Hey." she murmured, brushing a strand of hair from his eyes. "How ya been?" The orphan looked away, dried cracked blood on his cheeks. "You left me here alone...you said that you'd care for me and now you abandon me." Audrey swallowed, picking up the orphan and holding him in her arms. "Can you tell me your name little one?" she asked, comforting his shaking body. He sniffed. "Wes...Wes Russel Threads." he whispered.
Audrey smiled at him gently, sitting on the stairs again. "Well...Wes what I want you to do is sleep alright. Go into my office and there is a big black comfy chair and there and I want you to sleep." Wes crawled from her arms nodding obiediently. "Yes Ma'am." Audrey ushered him to it. "Please...just call me Audrey." Wes nodded again, pressing his body against her as they walked. "Yes Audrey." When they reached the office, Audrey sat down and let him lean on her. "I'm gonna move into my new house tommorrow. This is the last time we'll sleep here okay?" And with a weak snore in reply, they both drifted to sleep.

The day passes and the moon rises again and Audrey wakes up, Wes curled across her lap. She smiled at him. She shook him lightly. He opened his eyes halfway, a strand of scraggily blonde hair falling into his eyes. "Mom...?" he whispered, gazing up at Audrey. Audrey shook her head smiling. "C'mon lil boy...Let's go move in shall we?" she asked, letting him slip onto the floor. She grabbed her coat and walked towards the door him tagging along as she headed for her house. "Hey wait for me!" Wes called closing the chruch door behind them both.

A few small sounds came from behind the chruch and the sound of music could be heard. Charlotte nodded. "Yeah...she's here." she muttered, filing down the aisle behind the main sanctuary and trying to go into the office where the sounds were coming from. Audrey was there but she was reading a book, too engulfed to hear their arrrival.

Audrey stood up, taking off her glasses and throwing the book down. She stared at the girl standing in the doorway, frozen as she walked towards her. "Charlotte...Honey...?" Charlotte smiled maliciously. "It's too late to try and fix the failure that you are...Audrey." Charlotte's mixed eyes dilated into slits and she grabbed Audrey's throat and threw her back down on the couch and soon enough she followed her, pressing her hands hard against her throat. Audrey was being suffocated.

-before charlotte damian had a hand on her wrist, he was in his dark angel form and he said coldly-i dont like you touching my future wife that way. calm down pefore i rip your arm off and gut you skinless dear....

Her skin burned him and she glared at him between two strands of scarlet hair the same as Audrey's. "If you don't let me kill her than I'll kill you too." Audrey was backing away from Charlotte, coughing with a hand on her throat as she stood up from the couch. She opened her eyes painfully, her fangs growing longer when her heartbeat had risen so much. "How dare you...bring this...here of all holy places." Charlotte glared at her wriggling her wrist out of Damien's hand. "Don't be going all self righteous on me...I want to see my mother's tangled body in my hands tonight."

-damian stood in front of Audrey-then you'll have to go through satan's nephew before you get anywhere near her, you'll have to go through a fallen angel to get to her, i wont let you hurt her....anymore

Charlotte smiled. "I'm not here for you...This isn't your battle..." Audrey finished coughing and peered at her from behind Damien. She put a hand on his shoulder. "Damien...she's right. THis is....family business." She took a step from behind him, and smiled.
