Balais's forest lies just outside New York. Its dark and dangerous in these woods. Its under the control of the Vampires at the moment, but the Lycans have always wanted it for some reason. Kyruss chased her he could see perfectly in the dark thanks to his special eyes. He switched the effect of his gun to super freze and expliosion so it would be an explosion causing instant freeze instead of firey death

Rosalie got far enough ahead that she was able to climb a tree and get pretty far up, losing Kyruss in the process. "Where is he?" she asked, looking around the ground for the moving figure of a man.

Kyruss pulls out a chain full of medalions and starts chanting silently, then the chain starts to pull towards her direction. He silently walks.

Rosalie was so busy looking for Kyruss that she didn't even notice the chain until it was just feet away from her. At which point, she gave a little gasp of surprise before jumping from that brabch to one near her, before very nearly falling face first into the ground. "Damn branches" she cursed quietly

As if things could get worse, as Rosalie made an attempt to get further away, the branch she stepped on happened to be very weak, and snapped under her. before she could grab on to anything, she fell to the ground with a thud. "Owwww" she muttered, looking at her now scratched up knees. She looked behind her at where she assumed Kyrus would be and scolded herself. 'come on, Rosalie!' she told herself 'concentrate!!!'

Kyruss unloaded a flurry of rounds, they weren't lethal in the fact they were super vampire sedatives, it was Kyruss's knowledge that vampires needed blood because there's was unstable so he made a temporary virus that sends them into a deep sleep almost like they do to thier elders in fact it is the very same enzyme that their body produces during that time.

Rosalie jumped out of the way and disappeared into the foliage, but not before yelling "I SAID NO KILLING!" but hey, if he wanted to play hard ball, Rosalie could play, too... It wasn't her fault that she didn't know what theey were...

After Rosalie focused, she got quieter, and moved a lot faster, all while keeping an eye on Kyruss. After minutes, however, she managed to let herself lose sight of him. She kneeled behind a bush and looked around. 'now, where is he?' she thought, looking around.

Kyruss popped up near her and fired a net gun at her, the net was laced with the sedative all it had to do was catch her and she'd be in dream land before she hit the ground. Kyruss's plan had nearly come into fruiton she was reacting as he knew she would.

Rosalie looked behind her, shock evident on her face, and she tried to jump away, but he was too close, and the net was fired too quickly. She glared at him as she tried to fight her way out, but she quickly got a light-headed feeling, and though she tried to shake it, her body eventually fell limp. If anything was for certain, she would not be happy when she woke up.

Kyruss retrieved his net and gave her the antidote, so she would wake up "I won" he says smiling.

Rosalie's eyes fluttered open, and she stood up, glaring "You cheated" she snapped. She couldn't stay glaring at him, since he was smiling, though. It made her feel out of place. So, she let the glare fall, but crossed her arms, expressing that she was still not very happy.
