Has anyone ever had instruction or apprenticeship during dreams or astral travel? If so what did you learn?
I've been sick lately. And the common cold tends to bring an influx of dreams for me, mostly with something to learn. Either morally, or magically of the craft.
The most recent dream was creating circles, much like casting a circle, only instead of creating it for sacred space, it was for the horse and hattock charm. It was pretty fun and interesting. Not sure if it'd work outside the dream or astral world, but I'm sure I'll try to put it to good use some time.

Dark, please use grammar. i.e. punctuation marks such as commas and periods. It IS a rule in this guild.

Spanish or english it doesn't matter. You have periods and commas in your language just as we have them in ours.
(The original guild owner is from Argentina and speaks English as his second language. He agreed to the basic grammar rule. Meaning, you use capitalization at the beginning of a sentence, a comma to signify a pause, or a list, and a period to signify the end of a sentence. That is something common to most languages.)

Let's see if I remember what my teacher taught me well enough, then.
De nada, pero usas tu gramatica, entonces, por favor.
(Sorry if I used the wrong conjugation of usar. Been a while since I had spanish class.)

I know usar means to use, but I was trying to remember the conjugations of it. And which one went for which. ^^;;; Been two years since my last spanish class. sweatdrop

babyXphantom Has anyone ever had instruction or apprenticeship during dreams or astral travel? If so what did you learn? I usually get advice; I end up doing some odd things some days, like polishing and treating swords and shields, working the bellows in a forge, or some times I just get to relax and listen to music. I've been given teas to drink, once I was offered milk and honey... But there's always advice. The latest has been that it's time to "place matters in hands other than my own". The advice is always pretty blunt; it can seem cryptic at times, but I always know what it's refering to. I think it comes from working so much lately with the Celtic pantheons I've been working with.

Me, I get twisted glimpses of my future every now and then. As long as I look behind the mixed in stuff that dosen't relate to it, I can usually get pretty darn accurate messages. 100 % accuracy, actually. Now I don't get those very often though (which I'm happy for since I really don't want to know too much about what I'm going to end up doing), but when they do happen, they are completley different from my usual dreams. I have to admit though, only the first one I had was really really clear, which might have something to do with the fact that it appeared around the time my abilities were at the highest peak I can recall (which, I've discovered, has a whole lot to do with my mood). Still, I can still dechipher them, they just take some more effort, and they just don't shake me the way that the first one did. Well, except for the one where I predited my grandmothers death. She's not dead yet, but she's dying. It's that kind of stuff that makes me dislike my ability, altough I do like some of them, like the one I had last night (day?), which I managed to dechipher at the bookstore today. I think it'll be worth a shot to try and ask one of the clerks out on a date.

Duncan,
Have you ever gotten glimpses of anyone else's future? Just curious, though I don't think you have or you might've mentioned it... LoL.
