i have this friend that just happens to be a boy his name is nathan and hes just a friend. but he keeps asking to be more than friends. but i dont like like him. and well we have already fought about it and i think if we keep fighting about it we wont be friends at all. i still wanna be friends with him just not anything more. What should i do?!?!?!

Well, I can't really say what you should and shouldn't do, but in my opinion, if you don't want to go out with him, don't. And if he dosen't get it, he's dense.

Why do you think you would lose him as a friend if you don't go out with him? I think the risk of the opposite is greater.

tell him how you feel and say that you would like to be just friends and that you dont want to fight about it anymore because that would ruin your friendship

Ummmmm, did i miss something? Because, I thought you said you guys fought about it. If you were willing to fight about it, then it seems clear enough that you do not want to date him. sweatdrop
Another thing, If he fought about actualy going into relationship..... Fighting even before the relationship started, wow.
Well you can always pretend to date him, then make him get tired of you. (that must be hard.... would not recomend XD)
If you are afraid of losing the friendship over relationship, then try to think about the alternative, which is to date the guy. Now, if you date him, unless you continue your relationship, you are going to end the relationship badly. I would say saying no now, or saying no later would have about the same impact. (Unless you actualy realize that he is your soul mate, which I doubt, but who knows smile )
In conclusion, after all those useless words, I think you should say no and insist on it. Also you guys fought about it, which is pretty significant, since even if you go into a relationship with him now it shows that it was forced. (Do I sense some violent relationship ahead? Abuse!!!! LOL jk your friend probably will not. Well, at least i hope so XD)

if you go out with him, then that might make him think that he has power over you and can get you to do almost anything. or, you might start to really like him. i dont know. go by what your gut tells you.
