Based off of the screenshot, you seem to have found the correct place, however you seem to have something screwing up all the images. Possibly a firewall, highly restrictive internet settings, or something else along those lines. I suggest disabling them temporarily and trying again.

Angry Demmy will you please stop talking to me like I'm a 5 year old who clicks on the pretty shapes with the arrows. I have done all you put forth, including, believe it or not, trying it on OTHER computers, including those on a completely different network, Internet provider, and, in horrible instance, a MAC. NONE worked. That, boys and girls, that is why I came here, to see if anyone else had this problem. Next time I'll go somewhere else. And I'll be sure to make sure that people know I know how to make the computer do nice things with out making the beep noise. Or causing the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH. that was a long and angry rant. I would say I'm sorry, but getting talked to like I'm a moron makes me a sad taco. Anyway. I'm going to wait till I'm out of this Dorm's Internet. See if that is having a major effect. Bah. Damn Interweb

So far, no one has talked down to you. From what I've read, everyone was just trying to help. If anyone spoke down, it was you. That rant is entirely unreasonable, and I think you DO owe an apology.
Well, 1.5 thousand people are able to access the site on a daily basis, so the site itself isn't to blame. I'm sorry, but it must be the computers you're using. Or perhaps the internet provider. Are they school computers? The site might be blocked.
Usually firewall is to blame for these types of problems.
In any case, without seeing the computer itself, there's really not much else I can do to help.

I still belive i am being talked down to. again. and no, not school computers. normal ones. and yesh, then number one problem is a firewall. But that is not the problem. My firewall is off when I try to access the site.

It's natural to ask questions while trying to help someone, it doesn't invite a smart-a** reply. Just because you don't get a correct answer the first time or someone suggests a simple solution doesn't mean people think you're stupid. Not everyone is a computer genius. If you aren't grateful enough to accept that people are TRYING to help, then you don't deserve it in the first place.

Keenspace was the predecessor of comicgenesis, where Foxtails was originally hosted with. Being a free service, though, you ended up getting what you paid for. Eventually, MK got tired of the constant downtime and update problems, and got her own domain.
