wow the question everyone wants to know um.... Aries because he apperantly has some sort of emotional attachment to her . you see it in the movie he is in love with Aries but settles with Tifa because Aries is well... dead.. sorta

Are you serious? Tifa, of course!
I have evidence to back it up, too!
1. Cloud has ALWAYS loved Tifa, since childhood. He never really moved on, having another girl around like Aerith just made it seem like he did.
2. Cloud never loved Aerith! He had Zack's personality in him in the game, and Zack was in love with Aerith! Aerith was also in love with Zack! So, in short, Cloud= Zack. Zack + Aerith = True Love. Cloud with Zack's personality + Aerith, who loves Zack = a fake & phony love disaster.
There's nothing WRONG with Cloud x Aerith, its just...not as nice as Cloud x Tifa!
3. Don't childhod friends often become lovers? They're also EXRTEMELY close, since knowing each other for so long makes a really strong bond! heart
4. Look at Tifa! She's amazing! Any guy would want her, and Tifa's already in love with Cloud! Now, we all know our beloved Cloud isn't the BRIGHTEST when it comes to figuring out who loves him....
Aerith made her feelings a bit more clear, but they will NEVER be as strong as Tifa's. Like I said earlier, Cloud never really stopped loving Tifa, its just that seeing Aerith get killed traumatized him! If one of your close friends got stabbed in the lower stomach from above (IMAGINE THIS AS IN...NOT IN THE VIDEO GAME WHERE ALL YOU SEE IS A DASH OF SILVER LIGHT THROUGH HER STOMACH) wouldn't you be a bit angsty and...PARANOID?! GUTS AND BLOOD EVERYWHERE, SHE JUST GOT FRICKIN' STABBED FOR HEAVENS SAKE! Not to mention watching your BEST FRIEND get shot while having nothing you could do about it! He's not only attatched to Aerith, he's attatched to Zack, he just feels sadder about Aerith because then he wasn't incapacitated and coulda done something, with Zack he was a rock...
5. They're so gosh darn cute together! 4laugh
in short, CLOTI FOREVER!!!

I say Tifa becuase they both kick but so they go well together and Tife seems better for im if you think about it.

In my opinion, Aerith is better off with Cloud... or vice versa... And I do believe love never dies even though the one you love is dead razz and Cloud with Tifa is not really good... I don't find anything special between them... just that they are more of "I love you as a bestfriend" love hehe...

Aerith and Zack are meant to be together (in the lifestream) and Cloud and Tifa are meant to be together (IMO).
