Sam walks onto the deck, Brat following her dutifully.
"Hello? Is anyone here?" Sam calls out and waits for someone to answer her.

He walks out onto the deck unnoticed and mythotically.
"Most of the members have abandoned us. I only hope they haven't."
He seemed in a sort of distress.
"At least you are here trying. Maybe you could recruit your friends?"

"That's a good idea, I just hope my friends have the time since they normally congregate in other guilds." Sam says thoughtfully.
But regardless of her words, Sam goes off to invite her friends to join the Vampire Pirate Guild.

Mirth appears from behind TBR.
I should have known I'd run into Sam again. Watch out for the monkey, he's a thief.

Hearing Mirth, Sam turns to her.
"I can't un-train him. It's how I live and besides, pirates are the theives of the sea."

A small smile playes on Mirth's lips. She crosses her arms and looks at Sam.
I don't know why you still have that thing.

"A bond with an animal is an eternal bond. She provides it food and care, and it provides its companionship and skill. I think I'd rather enjoy Brat on the crew." 3nodding
He was still standing behind Mirth, showing off his trademark mythotical style.

"Thank you TBR. At least someone appriciates my primate companion's worth."
Sam glares at at Mirth and sticks out her tongue at the poltergeist, even though she knows that Mirth will still tease her about Brat no matter what.

A tall woman appeared from the cabin nearby. She looked around, observing the four figures on deck. She then moved swiftly to the edge of the deck and looked out to the horizon while leaning on the rail.
"Your monkey woke me up last night," she mumbled, eyeing Sam from the corner of her eye.
Magdalena turned with her back against the cold steel, facing the four, and glared angrily at the creature.
"Captain," she then started. "I assume you have planned to get to the island as soon as possible. I need to get off of this ship," she complained, as politely as possible. "May I speak with you privately?" she then added, gesturing towards the cabin.

Sam eyed the woman.
"If Brat woke her up then it was probably by trying to steal her eyes" Sam grumbled to Mirth.

Mirth glances at Magdalena, then walks over to Sam. She pats Brat's head.
Sam, perhaps we should watch Brat more closely. He can be a...well, a brat.

"I guess we should be off as soon as we can. We need more resources and can pick some up there. I only hope my crew of females can keep themselves aligned while we are occupied at the Isle of Lesbos..."
He made a quick glance at Magdalena and then continued.
"There we are to try to make allies with those who live on the island. This will allow us a safe port whenever we need it. Just remember, as I said earlier, keep aligned. They may try to take you to their side if all goes wrong; most of you are women after all."
He stood waiting to see if anyone would speak after him. He crossed his arms and closed his eyes. There was bound to be some sort of sucking up about to happen, he knew his crew too well.

Sam thought about it for a minute.
"Realistically, I might end up swaying a bit. After all, girls are sexy, but I'd probably come back eventually. Maybe."
Sam looked at Mirth.
"Should I stay there, or stay on the boat?"

"Hmph. As unsurprised as I am, I would not have thought of you as the first to give away your intentions. But please note this: if you defect, I WILL kill you..."
He gave a serious look, grabbing the hilt of his sword. pirate

"You never fail to read my mind, Capitan," Magdalena stated. "And don't remind these ladies of their worth, you may discourage them. We have much work to do."
She couldn't help but be blunt. "As your second mate I shall make it my duty to enforce loyalty. It is important that Mo and I are strong ourselves. You have every right to put me in my place. But I am strong," she reminded him.
Magdalena stepped forth and placed her hands on both Sam and Mirth's shoulders. "I will warn you now...you cannot take our destination lightly. The Isle of Lesbos is a mysterious place. There is a strange power on the island. The natives are quite fickle and suspicious...and they will tempt you into serving them and they will test you when you least expect it."
She left no second for them to respond. She turned towards the cabin once more, and repeated her gesture. "Sir, I must have a word with you."
She went down the cramped hall and approached the nightstand of her quarters as she entered it. In it's drawer sat the amulet and the substance, still. Guilt drowned her thoughts, but she was afraid. And hopefully, Red would understand. They had to accept each other. But...the extent of this unloyalty... Magdalena shoved the drawer of the nightstand shut, and faced the doorway.
