Well, you don't have all of my favorites on there, but here they are:
1.) Shikamaru
2.) Gaara
3.) Rock Lee
4.) Kiba and Akimaru
5.) Kabuto
6.) Choji
7.) Shino
And I don't think you can really say whose the best fighter, since they all have their bad days and crap like that.
