My favorite author is Stephen King. When I read the Gunslinger, I fell in love with the Dark Tower Series. It was the first Stephen King book I had ever read, even though I had heard a lot of good (and unfortunetly bad) things about his writing. So now I'm a junky when it comes to Stephen King Novels. Currently I'm reading both Cell and 'Salem's Lot, both very excellent books. The first is about the apocolypse (a more urban version) and 'Salem's Lot is a hooking story about Vampires and a Fathers loss of faith. Ah I know Orson Scott Card. He was able to catch glimpses of the future through writing and the minds eyes in the book, Ender's Game.
