heart I tried several times, to get my friends to watch PoT, and theyy were all,"Whyy? I dont understand it, and i have to read subs." Well i'm gonna tell you how to get them to watch. 3nodding EXAMPLESFriend #1(Veronika): Quote: Ewww. It's gayy, like I cant keep up wit the subs. wow.. you've got alot of sucessful recruits ^^
..one of my friends just lent me and my other friend the first box set.. and we reluctantly, yet habitually watched the entire thing, therefore, giving it a chance to get past the first eps and becomming totally in love with it..
..hm.. in another case, we just talked about the characters like non-stop crazy until everyone else wanted to get into the awesome conversations and decided to watch also so they could be part of it..

Well at school I'm well known as the Anime freak or the Amine specialist since almost all the animes, that had been shown and is about to be aired on philippine television, i have already watched it. When i start talking to my friends a bout an anime i watched, they get so hooked up about it and start watching it.
When Pot was just starting and not every one watches it, i started buying stickers and posters, i drew them at school and tell my friends that
"Hey, this is such a cool anime. It's about a group of tennis friends working their way towards the national"
and when they started watching it and gets bored
"Don't worry, it gets better i promise, i'll tell you one episode what i love, Its about......"
I tell hem about a cool episode about it and they are so awed about it. Now my whole group of friends is watching it because of me and i'm so pround to bring a lot of pot fans! though i'm sad since they also like EIJI!!! crying
well that's about it! biggrin

My friend keep asking what anime is good to watch so I told Prince of Tennis and she said no. Then she asked and I told her Prince of Tennis again and she finally she watched it xD
I got into Prince of Tennis by a forum that my sibby did and Kimeru's "You Got Game?" 3nodding

I told my friends about it.
And I made them watch Tenimyu first.
They watched the Hyotei Myu and my friend fell in love with Adachi. My other friend was like...ew.
Then I made them watch the first 20 or so episodes, and the friend who said ew was like, I LOVE PRINCE OF TENNIS! FUJI IS MINE!
But I was like, no one can officially have FUji *Except Tezuka or Ryoma of course. And maybe Atobe to. But thats of no consequence.*
And because of that, my friends call me Ochibi (because Im the only one that actually plays tennis) My other one who loves Eiji/Adachi, is named Eiji, because she is way to hyper it cant be good for her, and the last one is Momo, because I accidentally called her Momo instead of Monmon.
SO yeah, make them watch tenimyu. Thats how I did it.

I watched it over the summer last year and coincidentally, one of my friends did too. And another one. Then I started talking about it with them on a daily basis until I got some of them to watch. One of my friends don't, but she's pretty familiar with the characters.
The PoT love has been spread. rofl

My friend made me watch The Prince of Bowling episode and I thought it was weird, but alright. One day I got really bored and decided to watch episode 1..and I continued watching like mad! biggrin biggrin biggrin
It doesn't seem to work when I ask people to watch it though... crying

I would pounce on all of them till they watched it! But alot of my friends dont watch anime, another friend watches it half the time, and another one well....shes just a idiot I am NOT gonna bother. Well since I am the shortest on out of all of them its a easy job! =3 If they refuse! I have sharp teeth! >=3

Well how would I tell someone to watch it? Umm well I have a bad habit of telling details that aren't even important. I would probably make them watch the Tenimyu first. Cause if they do, it might not be that confusing. ( And they know who's who)
Oh I know, I'd make them watch one of the Chibi episodes first.
And after I bother them so much about why they should watch it, I'd make sure to ask if they watched it. xd PoT rocks
