The ruins of a town after a recent war. It once was a quite large town, yet disaster happened. fueds between clans within the town and the outside had brought them all misfortune. Now it is all ruins. Ashes, gravel, fragments of scorched wood everywhere. Some of the stone walls have yet to give in, but many have allready. Noone knows whats in the remains anymore.. And noone remembers the past... that has been abbruptly burnt away.

wakes up as morning due starts to settle on the ground around my self. stands and walks into town looking for food or supplies after my long walk there. the speaker for my clan sent me.
as im walking around searching the town i notice a fire built in a shack that hadent been destroyed all the way. i sneek the the walls and ninja my way up the wall to get a better look.

a large fire indeed. though, its energy source is not wood. it is a more black tar-like substance. it boils and burns fiercely, forming a large bubble, that just sits there suspended in animation. motionlessly the tar substance still burns and crackles eradicating warmth of a normal fire, illuminating the rubble and memorys burnt away.

looks for some one maintaining the fire..
notices 3 small kids huddled sleeping in a corner... no one else so far
as i shimmy down the wall i he some ones foots steps coming twordsa the ruins we were in. i place my self in the shadows in the corner and wait

Drake enters the ruins with caution. I had heard of the town and been sent to investigate by my lord.
I notice the fire and approach cautiosly.

Crade lands in the same house i'm hiding in, so i jumped throught the window and hide behind it from him. i unsheathed my shorta katana (still cant remember the traditional name)from its scabbard incase he saw me.
