I can only list the soundtracks I like not the bands. And even then it's only Eureka 7 and FLCL. OH! This is a pretty cool site for anime themes and soundtrack... tracks.

1. I like Seishoujo_Ryouiki from Rozen Maiden Traumend better, also from ALI Project, it's more... twisted rofl
2. Believe from One Piece i think i did listen to it before but not anymore,
but the artist is called Folder 5, i usually don't care about the artist expect the really good ones, you will find the artist's names on Gendou more than likely, but you have to register first. Kokoro no chizu and Brand New World from One Piece i still listen to sometimes.
3. Ike Ike from Ichigo 100% LMAO
4. Catch me if you can- completely forgot about it
5. Reason I listen to rarely, it's kind of fun with Mokona dancing around
6. Crystal Energy, don't like it, but it's rating is above average
7. Yuzurenai Negai- OMG, can't believe i know this song! i know this anime from Clamp, but just never watched it, don't know where have i heard this song.
8. Forever love, heard it before, don't like it
9. white destiny... don't think i know
10. yoake versions i don't listen to, but if it's from see-saw, they are usually good

here's my top 10, but 1-10 can be in any order for me depends on the day
this is gonna be a headache to list the artist, but i will do as some people wish
1. Start off with Ohayou from Keno, Hunter x Hunter, one legendary song
2. Taiyou wa Yoru mo Kagayaku from Wino, Hunter x Hunter, wicked.
3. Stargazer ~Hoshi no Tobira~ from Satori Negishi, Gundam Seed Stargazer, beautiful
4. Kimi wa Boku ni Niteiru from See-Saw, Seed Destiny, romantic 4laugh
5. Vestige from T.M.Revolution, Seed Destiny, vigilant
6. Fields of Hope from Rie Tanaka, Seed Destiny, peaceful ZzZzZzZz
7. Unlimited Samurai 7, Nanase Aikawa, faithful
8. God Knows... from Aya Hirano, Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu, ...how to describe this... indepent?
9. For Fruits Basket(Tohru) from Tohru? Yui Horie, kawaii whee
10. Inner Universe from Origa, Ghost in the Shell, Mystical burning_eyes oh well, this one is in Russian, just make this the last one so i can get this list over with, easy to describe by one word too xp

I forgot Ohayo '^^ from hunter x hunter razz I knew something important was missing xD
I love the song anyway razz the text is so inspiring.
origa razz inner universe O_o I like rise better but razz a great song ^^ the music is so .... how to describe ._. anyway xD I better not.
