Planet: Tantooine
System: Tantooine
Sector: Arkanis
Terrain: Desert, 1% water
Zones: Mos Eisley, Bestine, Anchorhead, Tosche Station, Mos Entha, Wayfar, and Mos Espa

Description:
Tatooine is a desert world in a binary star system (the two suns are named Tatoo I & Tatoo II), inhabited by poor locals who mostly farm moisture for a living. The planet has been the site of repeated and failed attempts at colonization. During the prequel-era, it was ruled for a long period by the Hutts, being beyond the reach of the Galactic Republic. After the fall of the Republic, the Galactic Empire established a token presence on Tatooine, but the crime lord Jabba the Hutt still retained de facto control of the planet. Notable geological features include the Dune Sea, an enormous desert, and the Jundland Wastes, a rocky region. Despite the planet's extreme aridity, some forms of life do thrive on Tatooine, including the rodent-like womp rat, elephant-like bantha, and the enormous, fearsome krayt dragon.

Tatooine is also home to two apparently native sentient bipedal species: Jawas, pygmy-like mechanical scavengers, and Tusken Raiders, also known as Sand People, who are mysterious, reclusive, and extremely hostile to outsiders. Both races wear fully-concealing robes that keep their true forms hidden from outsiders (It's stated in the Expanded Universe that Jawas are rodent-like, and it is vaguely hinted that the Jawas and Sand People share a common ancestor).

Tatooine was once a member world of the pre-Republic Infinite Empire. It once had large oceans and a world-spanning jungle. This biosphere was destroyed by an orbital bombardment by the Rakata that "glassed" (that is, fused the silica in the soil into glass, which then broke up over time into sand) the planet and boiled its oceans away.

Tamarai landed the small fighter she had borrowed at a public dock in Mos Eisley. The second she set her feet onto the ground again, a large weight lifted off her shoulders. She was always most comfortable on land, where her skills had more impact.

She took her time making her way to the Cantina her mother had worked at. It was there she had first seen the young girl two years ago and had distinctly felt a strong presense of the Force around her. She walked leisurely, enjoying the warmth she had so missed.

((boo!))

Aama watched the red and orange hued twi'lik from the shadows of the door she was standing against.

So this was Ranmari's daughter...

She knew alot about Tamarai, ever since she had met her mother in the streets and found that her daughter was a Jedi as well. Ranmari had been certain her daughter would visit her soon and sure enough, here she was.

Aama hesitated for a moment, then gathered her resolve and ran out from the doorway and grabbed Tamarai's arm.

"Come along sister Tamarai dear...Mother wants to see you!" she said in a voice higher pitched than her own. It almost made her wince, the cheery sound of it. She pulled the other twi'lik away from the crowds, "I do know your mother...please don't speak until we are in private," she whispered under her breath.

Tamarai's eyes widened in shock as she was ushered away by an unfamiliar twi'lik. She studied her quickly, she looked to be young, about her own age in fact...and seemed vaguely familiar...and Tamarai realised, was a Force user. She could feel how it clung to this young woman, just as it did to her.

"I do know your mother...please don't speak until we are in private."

Worry knotted in her stomach. Perhaps her mother was sick, or even dying. She should have come to visit sooner! Anxiously Tamarai bit her lip.

Finally, the reached Ranmari's tiny abode, really just a small one room apartment she was renting. Intense relief swept through her body as she saw her mother setting the table for lunch, looking more than healthy.

"Alright, please tell me what this was all about?" She asked, hands on her hips as both the other women looked at each other as though asking the other to start.

"I should...go get the food." Ranmari stated and scurried off leaving Tamarai alone with the other girl.

She turned from watching her mother go and looked over at the other twi'lik. "So you know my name and my mother. Care to tell me yours?" She took a deep breath and sat down in one of the chairs and motioned for the girl to do the same.

She sat down and shifted in the chair. "My name is Aama...Aama Vertana. I'm the same age as you, well a few months older since I'm already nineteen and your birthday is still three months away..." She noticed a strange look on Tamarai's face and raised a hand to stop her from speaking.

"You should know, I know alot about you from your mother. When my Master perished she took me in." Aama smiled faintly, "She loves you very much you know."

Ranmari interupted as she brought some chilled food to the table from behind the curtained off niche that was the kitchen. "Of course I love Tammy, but she knows that." The older twi'lik kissed her daughter lightly on the top of her left lekku and then sat down herself.

"Aama is a Jedi like you Tamarai, except she was trained apart from the Order." Her mother answered the question Tamarai had been about to ask.

"All I want are answers. When your mother told me you were a Jedi, and that you would be coming to visit soon I wanted to make sure I caught you." Aama drew herself up alittle in her chair. "I want to come with you back to the academy."

"Of course you'll be coming back with me. You know," Tamarai smiled brightly, "I always wanted a sister."

She became a bit more serious, "But first I need to retrieve someone else, there's a girl working at the cantina that I am planning to take for my padawan." She frowned slightly.

"And now that I think about it, we'll need to arrange transport, two people could squish into the fighter I am using, but not three."

Adaha's starfighter had seen better days as he smashed into the surface of the desert planet. He managed to get out safely, and his droid, luckily was still off training with a boy from the academy. Adaha gathered some parts from the ship and headed off towards a small dot on the horizon.

Adaha after making his way to the small dot found a cantina, and decided to venture in for a drink. Adaha walked in, with his hood up and his arms crossed, and went to the bar,
Water, or whatever else you have with no alcohol.
He said under his breath, but the bartender began to laugh profusely at the request for water. Adaha began to feel angry but controlled his emotion,
Nevermind than.
He sat in a booth off in the corner in order to cool off, and calm down.

Adahaft the cantina and went back to his ship, finding no help in the area. He repaired the ship to his best ability, which would make it back to Hoth, but no further. He took off, and his ship was in poor shape.

He installed homing missles, sonic charges, tow cables, ion cannons, bass boost, R2 unit and ludacris speed capabillity. How did he afford it? He stole it. He used to work as a mechanic and had no trouble installing the parts.
