First, let me thank my friend, Creek..Feet, for introducing this game. I've had lots of fun playing with the folks on her "Rhyming Couplet for the AAY." Since this was a literary guild, this game seems appropriate for us to try.

The rules are simple. Write a rhyming couplet about the avatar above you. It's just a two-line poem that, yes, rhymes! If you want to write more than two lines (like I do), that's fine but let's limit your poem to no more than four lines.

For instance, somebody might write about the person above them who is wearing grunny slippers:

You run so fast in those grunny slippers.
Don't slip! I hope your soles have grippers!

And if the person who wrote that is showing off their animation in their signature line, the next person might write:

She creates such lovely animation.
It shows she has a great imagination.

Just like that! Create little, two-line poems that rhyme about the AAY.

Oh lookie there, Rhia is so cool.
She makes words games that I plan to play at school.
Rhyming can drive people insane.
Even if it's only a game!

Rhiannon's so active in the guild
She helps keep Aurah's marbles from being spilled
She deserves praise quite a lot
For Aurah needs all the marbles she's got! ^_^"

Aurah thinks Rhiannon's happy smile is pretty,
Aurah's own smile is just itty-bitty,
Aurah's grin is small in real life too,
But that was just fine with her as long as her friends knew!
