I've come up with an idea. Since people here seem to really want a sub-forum, but we lack in members. So for every 25 users we get, I will make a new sub-forum. Then I will pick an idea right from the sub-forum suggestion thread. Witch can be found
here. So when I get 25, I'll make one, then 50, then 75, and so on.
