I personally think that a French guy or a British guy talking German with accent sound really cute! What are your opinions about that? Do you think that a foreigner trying to speak you native tongue with an accent is cute as well? Or do you find it annoying? What are your thoughts?

I like the Northern (Irish) accent and I like the Scottish accet, just coz. Being Celts as well I suppose.
I'm not a fan of any kind of English accents, I find myself making fun of it more than anything else. For example, the english girl in our school, she gets a bad time of it.
But definately anything Northern or Scottish, and I find it incredibly endearing... and hot, I agree with Spanish Nerd.

I find quite a few accents really cute! [Or hot.... blaugh ]
One accent that literally makes my ears bleed is the Southern American Accent! I can't stand it. >< I hate really ALL of the American accents, even my own [Northern- New York (not city!)]. xd
I love Japanese accents, Gaelic accents, Italian, Spanish, sometimes French, Russian, Lithuanian, Hungarian and a few other accents. 3nodding

it depends with me I think some foreign accent sound cool but some are piercing or annoying to hear.
It really like english with a Norwegian, Italian, Russian,French or Swedish accent .....I have dislike towards German accents in english ....it makes it sound weird and off

Accents is cool. I like my accent when I'm speaking Swedish, the Gothenburg accent. In English I almost like all accents, if they're not too extreme.

I think accents are darling, as long as they don't interfere too much with what they're trying to say. Heck, I can barely understand Southern accents (I'm Midwestern originally).
My sisters hate asian accents, they say they sound too off, but I think they're kinda cute 3nodding .

I don't know what kind of accent I have, but when I speak Vietnamese, people say my accent sounds cool. 3nodding
My Spanish accent sounds authentic when I'm speaking Spanish... That's good. biggrin

Unfortunately I've been cursed with a mild Southern USA Accent. I'm originally from Hawaii and spent my life there so it's a bit confusing why (( after only 2 years of living in the south)) I have a noticable accent. It isn't hick-ish but it's noticable. I moved back to Hawaii and several people have noticed it. I know that many Northerners DESPISE Southern accents but I'm sure if I were to go to a Foreign country they might even find it cool.
